I am amazed and so completely thankful to him because he got my phone working and helped me retrieve all my photos... actually everything off my phone. I had pictures of my mom who has passed, my wedding photos, photos from a remote job in the Arctic of Alaska and tons of travel photos from the last year so needless to say I was just sick about it. (everything is now backed up!) While I was in and out checking on my phone thru out the day I watched customers coming and going. He told me it would probably cost znother when 150.00. I reluctantly agreed, but the very next day I called back, explaining that my phone was not worth that much, I changed my mind. The technician got very rude with me, talking over me, he did say that he would mak it better, with a discount on something, but wasent clear on what that meant . I came in to pick up my phone and the charger I had left. Now he said the phone wasent repairable. He did not offer me anything like he said he would AND he tried to keep my charger...when I asked him for it he had to think a minute, then, he unplugged it from his computer and thre it onto the counter...so disrespectful if you ask me, using my property without my knowledge. I dont trust him now and will not go back. Plus the fact that he was running around like a chicken with its head off trying to answer phones, fix stuff,and greet people coming into the store. I took the iPhone 3Gs to several other locations that were closer but no one could fix it due to the age of the phone. I know there are some bad reviews in prior postings. But if you are not happy with the work, I am sure that Sam and his crew will listen to your needs and apply a fix. You can also save the time and effort of trying to get into the Apple Store at Southlake. I live in Irving but I think the drive to HiTech Wireless is worth it. I will come back again.

Someone recommended me this spot which was closer to me and Open so the impatient person that i am decided to give this place a try. The person who referred me told me they got their iPhone 5 fixed for $75 but the iPhone 6 would be closer to $100. When I got here I was told it would be $149. I was already there so decided to go ahead and get it fixed. They closed at 5pm and I got there about 4:30pm and told me I could come pick it up at 6:30pm. Overall my phone works now perfectly so I am happy with that but after doing more research I could have got this fixed even cheaper at Apple. So for the price itself I wouldn't recommend this place but if you want something done asap and have the money you will get your phone fixed properly here! This is an update: So my screen is definitely not perfect. I already have dead pixels on my screen. I live in NJ though so I will definitely need to make a trip back to them to see if they can do something about it but until then it'll just annoy me!!
