I am amazed and so completely thankful to him because he got my phone working and helped me retrieve all my photos... actually everything off my phone. I had pictures of my mom who has passed, my wedding photos, photos from a remote job in the Arctic of Alaska and tons of travel photos from the last year so needless to say I was just sick about it. (everything is now backed up!) While I was in and out checking on my phone thru out the day I watched customers coming and going. The owner flat out lied to us and said it's cheaper to get 3 lines instead of 2 so we opted to get 3 lines even though we only needed 2 lines. For 3 lines the monthly charge per phone IS cheaper than the charge for 2 lines but thats IF you need 3 lines. My first bill for that 1 line by itself was $115. 2. She added the Protect Advantage insurance ($17/month/line=$51) to all 3 lines which we didn't ask for. 3. She added the Nextup service ($6/month/line=$18) to all 3 lines which we didn't ask for. 4. She did not waive the activation fee ($35/phone) since I am an AT&T employee and, yes, I did notify her of that fact. 5. At one point (when she was talking is into getting the 3rd line) interrupted me and VERY rudely said to me, "You're not listening to me." The young lady that helped us, which I believe is the owners daughter, was very nice and helpful. However in general, the store will lie to you and scam you. They are only worried about you money. My advice is go to another AT&T store, any other AT&T store, NOT this one.

He told me it would probably cost znother when 150.00. I reluctantly agreed, but the very next day I called back, explaining that my phone was not worth that much, I changed my mind. The technician got very rude with me, talking over me, he did say that he would mak it better, with a discount on something, but wasent clear on what that meant . I came in to pick up my phone and the charger I had left. Now he said the phone wasent repairable. He did not offer me anything like he said he would AND he tried to keep my charger...when I asked him for it he had to think a minute, then, he unplugged it from his computer and thre it onto the counter...so disrespectful if you ask me, using my property without my knowledge. I dont trust him now and will not go back. Plus the fact that he was running around like a chicken with its head off trying to answer phones, fix stuff,and greet people coming into the store. I took the iPhone 3Gs to several other locations that were closer but no one could fix it due to the age of the phone. I know there are some bad reviews in prior postings. But if you are not happy with the work, I am sure that Sam and his crew will listen to your needs and apply a fix. You can also save the time and effort of trying to get into the Apple Store at Southlake. I live in Irving but I think the drive to HiTech Wireless is worth it. I will come back again.

Everything appeared fine. I was charged $115. About 3 days later I dropped my phone again but on carpet while I was sitting. The entire screen became dim and there were colored lines on the screen. I went back to the location and advised them of the issue. At that time they stated they would not charge me for another repair but I needed to come back another day. I returned the following Sunday and dropped my phone off for repair. I returned 3 hours later since they never called to let me know the phone was ready. When I arrived, I was told that the repair made originally was made with faulty parts however they still chose to charge me for their labor for the repair- $35. It has been 2 weeks since my visit and the glass is peeling away. It's been like this for at least a week. I would not recommend any phone repairs by this business. I feel like I have been ripped off twice by this company.

I came here for a while you wait repair and was more than pleasantly surprised. It was a bit strange at first having to be buzzed inside the last caked doors, but I soon found the control of who is coming in and out of the store a bit comforting. While my phone was repaired I became impressed by their selection of phones and phone accessories. Their service was friendly and professional and their prices were fairly reasonable. I'm writing this review because the owner of the store was unwilling to look at my phone without charging me again for the questionable work that he performed on it. He insinuated that I damaged the phone again rather than consider his work to have been faulty. I suspect he used aftermarket parts on my iPhone or did not install it properly which caused it to malfunction. Now I know why he offered me a reasonable price. The quality of his work will not last and you'll be out of your phone. I also suspect he did not properly assess the damage of the phone and only fixed parts of the problem. Take your business elsewhere. The customer service was extremely poor and disrespectful. The owner would not even listen to understand the problem before accusing me of breaking the phone again.
