Just left there after waiting for 30 min for someone to help me while one male employee talked to an older woman about her windstream bill and another female employee flatly ignored me and kept scanning items on the shelf. UTTER RIPOFF- Purchased new AND DEFECTIVE IPhone 16 pro last night that was slow and HOT, and overheating during the in store set up, which they assured me was normal--it isn't. Phone continued overheating after leaving, had to be recharged within 2 hours of purchase and got so hot while recharging, had to stop, but it didn't hold the charge anyway and the set up never completed. (Returned phone as soon as they opened (less than 24 hours after purchase) and was told restocking fee was $50, and they were still charging me for the incomplete set up on their defective phone. Out of $129 they charged for set up that was never completed because the phone was defective, they only refunded $29. Will NEVER buy a phone or do business here again! read more

One of the worst locations I have ever dealt with. Simple matter is if you are having an issue with your phone don't go here. Omg don't go here, they will trick you into buying a new phone and then next thing you know you bill will go up 50-100 bucks a month. This particular Verizon Wireless store (A Wireless is their parent company) in Cornelia, Georgia is not my usual Verizon store but I was in the same strip mall as they were located so I stopped in to have my cell phone looked at because I was having problems with it. The male representative on this day, May 31, 2017 at approximately 5:15 p.m. (he was wearing an arm cast) determined that my cell phone was broken but I was eligible for an upgrade. After listening to his spiel for a few minutes about changing my data plan, upgrading to a new phone, etc., he told me he could lower my monthly charges by $15.00 per month, which included a new phone, but that I would have to pay an additional $200.00 to "get out of the store with taxes, a new cover and the protective cover" for my new phone. I almost bought into it until I began talking to him about the poor reception I receive with Verizon at my home. He told me that it was possible I had poor reception DUE TO MY CURRENT DATA PLAN. Seriously? I high tailed it to the Verizon store in the next town over, my hometown where I usually do business, and got an upgraded phone, a lowered data plan by $70.00, a new cover and protective cover for $7.00. Very disappointed with my first, and last, experience at this store. Shame! read more

I always have a problem with this so called "premium retailer". It seems they don't know what they're doing. They still have to call Verizon to know what to do and their customer service persons seem to be biased. It's always better to go to a real Verizon Wireless store as they don't discriminate and treat everyone the same. But anyways, When I went there to buy a phone they were deliberately telling everyone that they didn't have the size they were looking for, but had the more expensive option forcing me and everyone else to spend an extra $200. I left and I went to the Real Verizon Store and got the phone I wanted for the price I wanted with better customer service. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this store. The Wal-mart phone center across the street is even more friendlier and won't lie to you about what's in stock and get you what you want because they don't work off commission. read more
