Having been a good customer with six phone lines over the past eight years, I can't tell you how dissatisfied I am with this particular locations attitude. When you walk in there is some sort of a prison mentality. The sales people or technicians or rude, condescending and have no personality whatsoever. I'm not sure where the arrogance comes from. If I had done poorly in life... I might be doing what they do. Fortunately, I have a personality, smarts and have people skills. My suggestion is to close this location because it breeds entry level type employees that will do nothing but to drive you to T-Mobile. After dealing with my "associate" today, I am seriously thinking about breaking all ties with Verizon. My wife and I just upgraded two phones and it wasn't until I got home that I saw on the bill that they charged us $40 per phone to transfer our data from one phone to another. Not once did the sales rep mention to my wife or I that it would cost us to transfer our data. All he said was I will transfer your data from our old phones to our new phones. While the sales rep was polite and handled everything quickly, the additional $40 per phone fee to transfer the data was unacceptable and I never would have agreed to it if I had been told about it. What an easy amazing experience. My mom surprised me and bought me a new phone. I wasn't quite sure which one to get, but after meeting Ed he made a great recommendation. He was friendly and informative. I was able to get the 11 Pro and couldn't be happier!! He also helped me pick out the accessories I needed to keep my phone protected. I recently upgraded my verizon phone with another and needed help getting my contacts off of my old phone and onto my new phone. So, because I couldn't figure it out, I decided to stop by this Verizon store. The place was clean and brand spanking new! I was the only customer there. So, I explained the situation to the clerk and he indicated that it wouldn't be a problem. I would have to pay $50.00. I couldn't believe my ears. I told him that I was a Verizon subscriber that just upgraded their Verizon phone. So, there shouldn't be a charge. He agreed but said that....and I quote..."If you take it to another Verizon store, they will not charge you. But here I have to." I told him that I understood and left. I went to the Verizon store in Fairfax and my contacts were added in seconds at NO CHARGE! read more

I had a great experience in Verizon today. Ed Long helped us out on our experience. He was extremely helpful and nice to be around. I took my phone in there to see if I could get all my information put onto my new phone- even though I couldn't, he provided us with a great experience. They are only half nice when you are purchasing a phone but if you have any defects or issues with a $600 phone you become very unimportant. I only called to arrange a time to stop by to exchange phone as it was heating up and would not stay charged long. The guy, Andrew, was rude and unprofessional on the phone. He shouldn't answer the phone if he is busy or is rude to customers. I had to call verizon customer service to assist in the matter. I won't deal with the store in the future for my next phone due to this bad experience. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Verizon today . I lost my iPhone. Phillip explained options for new phones , prices, helped me select a case and install it and downloaded all my apps . It was pleasant, quick and successful . My prior experiences with Apple and Verizon have been less than satisfying so I am happy to report a good experience read more
