It is rather interesting how the service differs from location to location at the various Verizon stores. Occasionally you come across people who are knowledgeable, seem to truly enjoy their job, are patient, good listeners and try to serve the public to the best of their ability. Other people are just going through the motions and waste your time. It is useful to get a variety of opinions and keep your eyes open for better deals. It would be especially helpful to have continuity in the level of expertise at each of the stores. I certainly hope Verizon is working on providing reasonably priced new competitive plans and cell phone offers. read more

Stopped in today not to make a purchase, but with questions. There was an elderly gentleman being assisted by a store representative, who I later found out has the name of Nos. I watched Nos as he took his time to kindly walk this elderly patron through figuring out his flip phone. He was patient and gentle and everything a person should be. It was no surprise to me that when it became my turn, I received the exact same kind of attention. When I commented to him on his kindness he said, "No problem. I know how it is when you need help finding answers to something and can't get them." Ladies and gentlemen and zees and theys, this is exactly how people should be with one another. I'm so disappointed with this Verizon supplier. I purchased the iPhone 6 from a Verizon Store and then purchased the Lifeproof case from Amazon. I thought that the USB port would be the same on the case as the phone, but was wrong so I went to TCC to see if they had an adapter or a solution. They proceeded to tell me the case was a "knockoff" and that there wasn't any USB that would fit this case. WRONG !! Apparently the Apple Lightening USB fits the case and will charge the phone. ( the case has an oval female port which allows the Lightening USB male to connect ). I would say that these employees need more training. And an attitude change toward women, they gave me the impression that I didn't know what I was talking about. read more

I contacted Derby Cellular Sales because the Verizon site indicated they had the backordered phone I wanted in-store. Dan could not answer my questions at that time because he was with a customer, so he took my information and called me back! He had checked to be sure the phone was actually there and then answered all my questions. My son, who is working in the area, was able to pick it up (we live in Pennsylvania). My son was very pleased with the service he received from Dan. Wish their store was in my area! read more

First off I've been a Verizon customer for many years, so I've been to a few Verizon stores. I've had an on going equipment issue and have to say that Rod, the manager of this store, has gone out of his way to resolve it. He went above and beyond to make everything right.
