If you're looking to DIY something and are absolutely not a pro at this, please don't get mad at the staff for not telling YOU how you should do your TikTok project that you have no idea how to begin or even do. This is totally not their responsibility, they know their stuff but they're not here to be your contractor and the pros, they simply work here and are knowledgeable at what they do - the rest, leave it to the professionals. So don't get mad if they don't "explain to you" how to install a tile or a backsplash. This is not a workshop it's a floor store. We've had great experiences coming here, once for a DIY thing and another time to get our bathroom floor redone. Both were fantastic experiences! This last time, they absolutely saved the day. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted, exactly what we needed - thanks to their online selection and choices but also to their sq ft calculator, this was SO helpful. Bad news, but the tile we needed was not there, just one little half box was available. We asked one of the guys that worked there and he came out with a WHOLE PALLET of it within minutes. Ask and you shall receive! This literally made our day and we were able to get the pieces we needed in time for the pros to get our floor done. It came out incredible. Oh, and grout selection is a thing. We were guided the right direction to make the right choice for the right grout and right shade. OBSESSED. Thank you Floor & Decor for making us happy!

To make matters worse, the general manager wasn't present, and there were no additional clerks scheduled--which is surprising for a Saturday, typically one of the busiest moving days of the week. Reservations are supposed to make the process quicker, but in this case it didn't seem to matter at all. Better staffing and management presence would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.

I had three rooms renovated, dinner patch work inside the house all done beautifully. I worked with a bit of contractors before that we're reliable, but JDRC puts in an extra umph to their work. Bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms came out with excellent quality. Bedroom, split room, remove closet, and adding a door. Repainted walls and simple adjustment of light switch. Excellent paint job and sanding the walls. Bathroom renovation was done on removing grout and mold. Inside window tray was fixed. It was horrible initially because other contractors messed up the support and caused major molding to occur. JDRC was able to patch it but did recommend replacement. Repainted heatpipe. They sand down the old paint and repainted it. Excellent job with everything here. Kitchen work was cabinet replacements, sink, and countertop replacements. Everything was great. They even replanted the walls afterwards since they wanted everything to look nice and new to match their work. Kitchen window molding was replaced sure to new cabinet sizing. JDRC was flexible and easy to work with. They do honest with and trustworthy. I've seen contractors that cheat on their job, and JDRC did not. I highly recommend them for renovations. This job was done months ago but I haven't had time to write this review. Thanks again!
