There are businesses that you look forward to visiting but cell phone repair venues well ... you just hope they know what they are doing, are able to complete their work timely, and perhaps have prices below the price you think they are going to charge. From my very first telephone call to UBREAKIFIX in Glassboro New Jersey through my saying goodbye as I walked out with my repaired cell phone I received nothing but superb, friendly, and professional service from the staff at this repair outlet. I should mention that they are a Google authorized repair shop, which is good news because if they weren't around I'd have to ship my phone to Google and wait for them to ship back to me. So I was doing a happy dance right from the beginning and if you've seen me do a happy dance well you won't find it on TikTok. The shop itself gives the appearance of professionalism It's clean It almost reminds me of an optician's office. Although you cannot see the workshop you just feel comfortable and leaving your phone or tablet with their team. They gave me an estimate on time and the job was completed in less than their estimate. Can't beat that! And, As I type this review on my now repaired cell phone I could swear that the screen is clearer and easier to use than the original one that came with the phone. Of course that original screen went to the cement as I fell in a careless pile of my body Just because I thought I knew where the steps were and there really wasn't the step there so bam! Finally, the cost was much less than I expected. My daughter had cracked her cell phone and she gave me the estimate for repairs. I walked away with more money available to be on my credit card than I expected and that made me one happy boy! So, now I'm backed into the texting world and my cell phone is going every second of every day but if you happen to crack your screen and your anywhere in South Jersey I could not recommend a better place for your repair work to get done than this shop!

So, I came to Music Museum and told Matt my problem and he asked me about a price range i was looking at, then he took down 3 guitars immediately and said, try these. Perfect! Now, im still narrowing down which one i want. And I will be back for one very soon. I love these old mom and pop shops. And the personalized service you get. This is the follow up I promised after meeting with the owner of Lairson's regarding the incident…read moreand review I wrote on 4/27/21. I met with the owner, first thing in the morning on 4/28/2001. I showed him the Lairson work order/invoice for the failed remote starter installation as well the invoice from the Ford dealer for their repair work. I spelled out in detail what happened that day and the results. I also made it known that, although I felt that I had nothing to show for it, I paid his bill anyway. In addition I also made it known I felt that his technicians had damaged the ignition system, caused the several electrical shorts and were responsible. Clearly he wasn't able to recall the details of that day and I wasn't really expecting him to know or recall everything that goes on in his shop, so allowing him to look into the matter was the fair and right thing to do. He said that he would call me before the end of the day and if there was fault on the part of his technicians, he would do the right thing. Sounded good. Around 4:30 pm not having heard anything I decided to stop by the shop. The owner said he spoke to the service manager at the Ford dealer who stated they had no opinion regarding the damages. The service manager said there were several shorts in the ignition system and repairs made to the wiring. In addition several lose electrical connections were found and were also fixed. The owner said that he spoke to his technicians. They were able to recall the incident in detail. The technicians said they did nothing wrong, did not damage the ignition system, and didn't cause any of the electrical shorts. I asked if he really expected a different answer from the technicians than that and if that was the extent of looking into it. He said he didn't need to know anymore than that. " If my guys say they didn't do it, then they didn't do it". Although the truck went into the Lairson shop fine and came out with a host of problems the Ford dealer had to fix, the owner of Lairson's claimed no responsibility . Beware.

Took it in with corrupted Windows error; they said they would re-install after backing up my data & should take a couple hours. Nope, not done that day. Days later I had to call them & they said they had a 'guy' who would be in the next day who could do it. Next they call me that my hard drive is bad, so I authorize $150 for a replacement. Few more days they call me that my motherboard is fried--A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PROBLEM THAN WHAT I TOOK IT IN WITH!!! When we went to pick it up, the hard drive wasn't even in the system--basically they took a simple operating system error and returned junk over a week later. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
