Katy and her team are friendly and willing to do what it takes to get your web-based business off the ground or revamp a website you already have. They can also help you create apps and help get them to reach your target market! More business and more traffic means more money! I hang out with them often and though I don't pretend to know what they are talking about half the time, I do know enough to understand that quality is of very high importance to them. I have other friends who work at tech companies and their conversations center around how "fast" they can get projects done so they can go home early and still make a profit. At Siren, they are motivated entirely differently. They are always challenging one another on what the BEST way to get something done is. They throw parties to celebrate a job well done for their clients. The most recent parties I was invited to were for to congratulate the team on finishing a project with extra features that weren't in the original budget and for breaking records on getting clients extra awesome search engine results without being asked. I often hang out with them while they are burning midnight oil and never hear them complain that they are putting in extra hours to make sure something is done RIGHT and still getting done on time. They are good at their job, but the reason for my review is that I see a side of them that most people do not see, and I admire how much they actually care about the projects they work on. It is rare to see a company who actually tries to make a difference in the world by helping people, especially in their field. For Siren, I can tell they are not just doing this for the money, and to me that is priceless. If I ever needed a website I would use them without hesitation.

Very interactive and responsive -- critical for our company's culture. We are still engaged with Siren and recommend the team for design AND development work.

Cody (Service Manager) will flat out lie to you about giving you credit, and getting your service up and running. Service in the Nevada (Tx) area is very spotty and speeds have never been even close to what they say. The woman that runs the accounting department is "unable to do anything" when it comes to customer service. I offered to come to their location and meet face to face with them and was told that if I did "security would escort me off the property"! Wow! Now that is nice!! Can't say enough bad things about this company... Thank you for listening.

I am writing this to say a few things about Tier One. The company bought out my ISP a few years…read moreago. Originally i was being charged $60+ a month. I finally compared my plan to what Tier one had for their plans. I was angry to find their plans for their customers were considerably cheaper. So, they started charging me according to their plans. At the time I was suppose to be getting "lightning fast" speeds of "3 mbps". And for a short time, i was. Gradually the speed slowed down, the company sent out tech's several times, changed out antennas, modems etc. I was told i would get "up to 3mbps". Their way of taking out responsibility on their end and still collect big bucks for providing next to nothing and a service that goes out every single time it rains and stays out for days. There are two ISP's where I live, both line of sight with roof mounted antennas. The second Is not an option. We do not have cable and our phone lines are ancient with no upgrades for years, if that. In fact, the houses across the lake have fiber optics, we do not. I am still being charged enormous amounts for 1.5 mbps or less download and .5 mbps or less, upload. When I call about this I am told those are still fast. What world those are fast is beyond me. I cannot stream any tv or movies and youtube and other short videos are now out of the question. Would I recommend this company...NO. If you have ANY other options, go with them.
