I ended up getting Miele the MFG to directly come out and the certified tech used a hand turning screw driver. Stay away from this place. Other than a single, unproductive technician visit, Interconnect did nothing to help us resolve the issue. Their representative - Robyn - was extremely unprofessional. They made many promises to fix the system issue but never came to the office in three weeks. We finally had to turn to another vendor for repairs. Interconnect ignored our emails and letters requesting a refund. They finally responded to an attorney letter. They may be a very good company on the technical side - though we never got to find that out. But when it comes to service and doing the work contracted for, Interconnect receives a grade of F.

Matt, the owner of CCP, does not know I am writing this nor did he solicit me to write this in any way. Matt worked for my company as a contract Computer Field Technician in our area for 2 years. Matt is a very skilled technician. One of the best, if not the best, we ever had do work for us. He serviced hundreds of our customers without a hint of a complaint. In fact he had nothing but positive reviews and customers still ask for him. I found him to be honest, fair, and worked with a high degree of integrity. When he left us to go "on his own", which we were fully aware from day one was his eventual intention, it was on the very best of terms. Matt never solicited any of our customers to "steal" them for his company. That alone ads proof of his high level of integrity and shows the confidence he has in is own abilities. I went to this phone shop…read moreyesterday October 9, around 7pm, I asked the gentleman working the front if he could repair my IPhone 11 Pro cracked screen, we agreed to a price of $120 dollars, upon returning to get my phone I tried to unlock the phone with my Face ID which was no longer working? I mentioned this to him, his response was that "he hadn't seen the Face ID work before working on the phone" which meant "he couldn't do anything for me" I mentioned to him that I myself had experience handling electronics (IPhone 7s, IPhone XR) all of which I replaced screens for me and friends 2x, I suggested to him had he turned off the phone before replacing the screen? His response " I took the screen off then unplugged the battery" this answered my question for why the Face ID on my phone which was now no longer working. Prior to walking into this establishment my Face ID was indeed working, I've attached screen shots. Do not do business with this company I am certain they were trying to run a quick cash scam on me no doubt! They do not know what they are doing

Great people very friendly. Got the screen protectors in two days. And they put them on for me. I would highly recommend the store and I'll go back if there's any problems with any of my other devices need to be fixed.
