STAY AWAY QUICK CASH SCAM SHOP!!! I went to this phone shop yesterday October 9, around 7pm, I asked the gentleman working the front if he could repair my IPhone 11 Pro cracked screen, we agreed to a price of $120 dollars, upon returning to get my phone I tried to unlock the phone with my Face ID which was no longer working? I mentioned this to him, his response was that "he hadn't seen the Face ID work before working on the phone" which meant "he couldn't do anything for me" I mentioned to him that I myself had experience handling electronics (IPhone 7s, IPhone XR) all of which I replaced screens for me and friends 2x, I suggested to him had he turned off the phone before replacing the screen? His response " I took the screen off then unplugged the battery" this answered my question for why the Face ID on my phone which was now no longer working. Prior to walking into this establishment my Face ID was indeed working, I've attached screen shots. Great alternative to the Apple Store. Will most likely any phone store. I've had my screen replaced and my battery replaced on my iPhone 7 Plus within one hour while I enjoyed lunch in the food court. Prior to bringing my phone here I went to the Apple store at the Burlington Mall the lines were ridiculous the prices were higher it just wasn't happening there. My daughter referred me here and now I'm a happy customer I would refer them to anybody the service was fantastic the repair was done well my phone works great my screen is brand new it's like I have a new phone especially with the new battery that they installed and they gave me a 30 day warranty I'm a very happy camper if you have a broken phone head over to the Square One Mall and give them a try. read more

Had a broken screen on my iPhone. Went in to the store and gentleman behind the counter was eager to offer me a solution by replacing my screen at a reasonable cost. Said it would take an hour and to come back. Left him an alternate number to call me when it was done. He called in 30 min. SCAM! UPDATE: 2 weeks since I had the screen replaced, and it has entirely stopped working. The speakers and microphones have stopped working and the phone is entirely useless. I have had to go purchase a new cell phone. AVOID THIS STORE. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR "WARRANTY" AND THEY BROKE MY PHONE AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Being told "It isn't our problem" Is not appropriate when every issue started the day they "fixed" my phone. I brought my iphone there to have the screen changed. They were excellent when I was there and charged me 125 for the screen. When I used it in the store, I had no issues and was happy with the work. When I got home, the screen started having issues. Only 1/2 would work at times, wouldn't register any touches, and the speaker stopped working. I figured it just needed to be restarted, however nothing helped. I called them and asked if they would take a look at it since the issue came up once they put the new screen on. They said okay and I went there. When I arrived they looked at it and said it was not a screen issue and that they had nothing they could do unless I wanted to leave it there for 5+ hours, and even with that they stood by the reason the phone was not working was my fault - not theirs. SO my phone is still broken, the screen still only 1/2 works, and I'm out money. They didn't stand by their product and when theres obviously an issue with their product, they want to charge for a whole new screen. I won't go back, it is a waste of money and time. Pretty sure the other review on this place was the guy that worked there. I suggest if you need a screen replaced to go to another mall or store. read more

Well very disappointed I run a business and have several lines had a couple iphones 5,5c with broken screens at the store kinda had the feeling of this isn't a professional service when they handed me back one with a crack in screen but they fixed it after explaining it would be silly to pay for a new broken screen , something I thought was a given , anyways all was good ................ Went there today to unlock my iPhone T-Mobile sent me an email that has a code unlock, my computer is broken so I went there to unlock my iPhone as soon as I asked him to unlock my phone and that I have an email with the unlock code, he replied shouting with a sarcastic way CODE!? CODE?! U DON'T need a Code to unlock your phone and then I showed him the message from T-Mobile saying unlock code then he said I can do it for 20 . well I am not giving my money to rude service and won't go back again so I left! I broke the screen on my iPhone 4S on Friday and could not receive the emergency calls from my answering service. I walked into this place and asked a price for a broken screen on an iphone 5s. $135.00 was the price for the amount of damage that was done to the screen. (the screen was basically shattered) I thought the price was a little steep until they told me how long it would take to be repaired. "come back in half hour" I was told. WOW !!!! I looked into three other places and was told a day by 2 of them and 3 days by another as it needed to be sent out. On site repairs is what I wanted and on site is what I got. I went in with my four children and let two of them select an iPod case from the store. The salesman was very nice. When we got home, one of the cases wouldn't close. I went back to the store an hour later. The owner was there, not the man that sold it to me. I said it was broken when I took it out to try to put it on. He stated that I must have broken it. He wouldn't take it back. I explained that it was that way when I got it. He wouldn't hear of it. He was arrogant, insulting, and laughed. The BEST selection of cell cases anywhere! I have been wanting a new case/cover for my iPhone 5 for a few months and have not found anything fun... The kiosks at the malls all seem to have the same boring cases. I walked into Accessory Depot and was psyched to find a ton of cool cases that I had not seen before. I found it difficult to narrow down my choices. The store associate had no problem popping my phone into a bunch of different cases for me to see what they looked like. I purchased 2 and was pleased to receive a discount for doing so. Today I returned to the store because I had smashed the screen and needed it fixed ASAP. Even on a busy Saturday I had the phone fixed in less than an hour. Oh and yes I bought yet ANOTHER case!
