So, wanted to go and see for myself. Drove 15 miles to find out that the store had 0 demo phones for display! Didn't see a single phone, not even a dummie phone for the customers to check out! There was only 1 guy working as a customer service rep and he was on the phone when we walked in. There were 4 people sitting down and waiting their turns. We waited about 10 minutes when he was on the phone getting instructions on how to apply a device payment on the computer while he was still on his phone. Guess the guy was a newbie employee! Didn't bother greeting any of us who were waiting at all. So, we simply asked a quick question to him about the iPhone 16 Pro, to see if he had any in the store. And he basically told us: "Better go to the Apple Store because I doubt we have any in the back. Maybe the basic iPhone 16, but that's about it." And that was that. 2 other customers walked out of the store when he had said that and we followed suit. There was no point to sit there and wait for no reason. The guy didn't seem to care that he had lost 3+ customers! And he wasn't that polite, and looked like he didn't want to work anyway, besides not having any phones at all!!! I received an offer by email saying because she signed up for AT&T Premier business account she was offered for her clients a special deal one phone line for $15 perpetual and internet 100-200 mbps for $25 a month perpetual. I confirmed with the rep that this offer was still available and he confirmed it was. Turns out it wasn't. He waited until it was too late to email me my first bill which had a $1.57 late fee. The internet fee was $50 not the $25 I signed up for. AT&T should be criminally charged for their bait and switch tactics and be sent to prison. I filed a police report and a complaint with the FCC. And I'm not done filing complaints. Before you decide to do business with AT&T I recommend you look them up on the better business bureau. They have thousands of complaints for their fraudulent practices. Shame on you AT&T!!
