My phone malfunctioned when I was in Key West. I visited this Verizon store and was immediately helped by Verizon Representative, Danny. He was courteous, patient, and worked very hard calling various Verizon divisions to find me the best plan and deal to replace my phone. Danny investigated many options and found me an excellent plan and deal on a phone trade in. I left spending way less than I anticipated and the price of my plan remained the same. It's in a big plaza so parking isn't a problem not a real big store but they have everything cellular thing you need. Explain to me how they are still in business? We went to the Radio Shack next door who told us about the Verizon Store that would help us. RUN RUN RUN AWAY FROM THEM........STAY AWAY Wow. It may be 2015 but pirates still run this shop. Major misrepresentations were made to me about a 'promotional' sale they had. They said there were no other fees involved in the transaction and then on my next bill from VZ, a major monthly fee appeared. To Verizon's credit they let me out of their contact. Now 8 months later I get something from a collection service on Cellular Sales behalf based on a contract I signed with them. I never heard from Cellular Sales, just a collection agency. The contract was signed based on verbal agreements we had which in my opinion were false, misleading and fraudulent. STAY AWAY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. P.B. read more

Before I get started I own a business and I NEVER write bad reviews, but this place is a hell hole! For starters, I went in for an eligible upgrade. The didn't have any iPhone 6's in stock so they had to order it. They quoted me a $199 trade in on my iPhone 5s when I placed the order for my new phone. When the phone came in, they called me and I went right over to pick it up. Then they talked me into the Edge plan and told me I would get the $199 rebate as an in store credit and I would pay an extra $2 a month on my bill. So in error, they activated my phone without the Edge plan. When I said I wanted it, they said they would need to order me a new phone because they had already activated the phone they ordered for me without the Edge plan and they could;t go back and deactivate it. This did not make sense to me so I made them call Verizon customer service and they worked that part out. When it came time for the data transfer, that was an even bigger nightmare. Half of my data transferred and half did not. Of course they blamed that on Apple and told me I needed to call Apple. The to top it all off, when it was time to pay, they said they would only give me $125 for my iPhone 5s not $199 cause Apple had dropped the price since I ordered the phone. I argued that I placed the order for the phone on the first day and that's the price I was quoted. No go! They said. All in all, I had to do most of everything myself by restoring data from the cloud to get my iPhone 6 working. Not pleasant people and a horrible Verizon Store. I guess they think they have a monopoly cause there's only one other Verizon dealer in Key West so people have no where else to go. read more

Stay away. This store has a reputation for giving out lots of bad information and charging older customers higher prices than they are supposed to. I have multiple clients who have gotten screwed and know for a fact that they have multiple strikes against them. Go to the smaller Verizon Wireless Zone store next to Pier 1. read more

Cellular Sales runs this and the other Verizon store. They will lie to get you into a contract and then when you want out of the contract you are stuck/ They told us that the Home Phone Connect would allow us to send & receive faxes and I had them put it on the contract. It never would send or receive faxes so we brought it back. They told us there would be no early termination fee. The following month Verizon billed us for it. Verizon said it was Cellular Sales issue and they needed to take care of it. For 5 months they strung us along and said the credit would be issued. Today they informed me that Verizon has to take care of it. Verizon & Cellular Sales use each other as an excuse and do not honor their word. And YES........They do take advantage of older customers! read more

I told him I had some questions about their new plan and his response was I'll try to answer your questions but I have a store full of customers ..... as if I'm not a customer!? My husband and I were looking into switching phone companies from AT&T to Verizon. They no longer buy out contracts, which is a shame. However, the reason I am giving this store a bad rating is because they straight up LIED to us. We have two iPads on our plan with AT&T. The girl we were talking to said she wasn't sure if we could use the same devices with Verizon, so she asked the guy across from her. He said NO, we had to get brand new iPads (we just bought the ones we have 3 weeks ago) and if we traded in our ALREADY brand new iPads, Verizon would give us $102 for the Air and $178 for the Air 2. Are you kidding me? We just bought them. When we went to the AT&T store, the lady there said iPads were universal and we could use the SAME iPads at Verizon, they frequently have customers come to them from Verizon with iPads and they can use them. We got confirmation from the corporate Verizon customer service line AND the other Verizon store right up the road. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND LIE TO YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY.
