I went to upgrade my phone due to the other one breaking and not being functional... Got the new phone, but was also given a Wi-Fi box to try at home despite saying I didn't want it. Went back to return the Wi-Fi box that I didn't even take out of the box or plug into use and was told that I didn't listen the first time because I questioned a charge on my bill despite me saying I didn't even want the Wi-Fi box all while the employees sat there and complained about having to be there with the upcoming snowstorm. I'm an adult and don't need to be treated like a child during customer service interactions. I also asked a follow up question in regards to wiping out my phone to return to them and was told to do exactly what I did, I explained to them the barrier and was told oh yeah I don't know how to help you then... Pretty sure they just sealed the deal for me to switch to Comcast wireless. Really started my Sunday out on a negative note! Also if they are going to be rude and not helpful when people return things that they DIDN'T even ask for in the first place, but felt pressured as they are literally handed the equipment despite saying "I don't want this" and pushed to "try it out", then maybe they shouldn't be so pushy with customers in the first place! read more

I went into the Verizon a couple months back to upgrade my phone, as I was eligible for an upgrade. I somehow got talked into adding a line for "only $5" by the snake salesmen, and my bill ended up ballooning up to more than double what it currently was. I needed to jump through hoops to get it fixed. Don't walk out of this store without paperwork showing ALL THE CHANGES made to your account. They have no problem lying and screwing over customers to make a buck. read more

Came here to upgrade my phone. Came at 10:30 with 2 people infront of me. Waited 1 hour to finally be seen, 30 of which was "next in line". By the time finally seen there are 5 others in line. They had 1 person doing sales & tech meanwhile having 3-4 idle workers acting as greeters just chit chatting with each other. Extremely unimpressed, if dealing with an iPhone just go to the Apple Store to feel like a real customer. They also HEAVILY push for the purchase of cases. The worst. The on button spontaneously fell off my pixel phone (4 months old). I was told by corporate Verizon that "damage" was not covered under warranty, and to drive 15 miles to their corporate store (this one) as they had technicians can make repairs. When I got there, the clerk (he was no technician - he thought my pixel was an Apple) very rudely told me that they didn't do that. No apology. He just chuckled and said they hadn't done that in some time. I asked him my options and he said I could drive to Hudson (another 20 miles from my home) and they could help. I asked if he could call first, because I had already been sent on a wild goose chase and he said "I don't call for anyone". His name tag said he was a veteran. I'm glad they hire veterans at verizon, but they shouldn't hire ones who are so rude and useless. Verizon is awful to its customers to the point of insult. This store and clerk literally epitomizes this attitude. Verizon is the new AT&T. Rude, dismissive of the needs of its customers and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. read more

My phone screen suddenly stopped working - black screen. Could hear calls, but no way to answer with screen not working. Will (store manager) evaluated the phone and determined it was DOA. He asked Scott (sales) to assist me in upgrading to a new phone (I was due for an upgrade so timing of my phone breaking was perfect). Both Will and Scott saved my day. Extremely helpful and patient. Scott took the time to walk me through the phone choices (pros / cons). He listened to my needs; no up-sell; no pressure. Much appreciated. The customer service at this store is A+++. Initially, my mom and I went in trying to find a good service carrier. We were under AT&T up until last week. They were quick to provide us with discounts, which we appreciated, and we quickly took up their offers. They said they would help us switch from AT&T to Verizon and waive our activation fees, but we are still charged for all four activation fees in our next month's bill. What a nuisance! Also, the girl that helped us misinformed us about applying our corporate discount to the plan. They did seem helpful intially, and friendly, but it's probably better to get Verizon online, so you don't have to deal with customer service representatives misinforming you, their valued customer. We may even switch back to AT&T, or find another service provider. Poor customer service overall. read more

I took a phone in to get the information and account transferred to another Verizon phone. They did this incorrectly. and I ended up having 3 accounts on the phone, with photos, emails and texts all mixed up. They should have "wiped" the phone clean. I talked on the phone with Verizon and they took good notes and said to copy all of the data to a thumb drive and return to the store in Leominster. The manager would not contact the Verizon people and tried several unscessfull attempts to get the phone working properly. He further said that he would not use my thumb drive to sort out the mixed data I called the Verizon help again, and finally a lady walked me thru the process of "wiping the phone" clean. However I lost many contacts and pictures . read more

Not Great staff who work here. They are not very understanding and are very snooty to you if you aren't as up-to-date on cell phones as they are. One staff member awhile back gave me grief and spoke to me like I was oblivious when I simply asked why they were selling what I later found out were touchscreen enabled gloves. At the time I didn't own a smartphone so I wouldn't have known that they make gloves that touchscreen enabled. The only phone I ever bought here was my first flip phone. Never bought another phone here again. Although I will say I have fond memories of that phone. read more

Don't know why this store seems to get a bum rap. I've been in there twice in the last 2.5 years and both experiences were far better than what I've had at other wireless phone service centers for both Verizon and AT&T. I know this store gets an awful reputation but I felt the need to give them some praise. I upgraded to a new iPhone. When I took it home it had a tiny crack on the home page button and they let me exchange it a week later no questions asked (they could have claimed I caused the damage). I call this store and after listening to all the "special offers" and after hitting all the numbers to advance my call I get a human. I talk to him about my PIN # which he says he can help me change. He asks to put me on hold which I agree to and then is gone.... 15 min later I hung up. ... boy they must have been laughing on there end " this idiot has been on hold for 15Min" I can only imagine. read more

Was looking at buying an IPAD, after terrible non service bought online. Glutton for punishment, went back second time, 3/4/18. The girl I dealt with, Joaly, was the most unprofessional employee I have ever encountered and could use some training from management as to how to be personable with customers. Went in to this location to upgrade my phone, now mind you I have an older flip phone so they were probably very happy to hear that I wanted to upgrade to a smart phone. After listening to the guy try to sell me a new iPhone even after I told him the exact phone I wanted the second we started talking. After that, he then went on for another 25 minutes about how I should upgrade my plan because "I need more data" as he thinks. After finally going through all that bs, the total came out to be almost $50 more than it quoted me online, and that was BEFORE taxes and everything. Trying to leave then, right when I get to the door he says "wait hold on, I found the discount you were talking about" but it wasn't even the same one, it still wasn't the same price. I told them I would screenshot it on my laptop and bring it in so they can price match it, and out of nowhere a lady says "Well we don't price match the website". Not to mention the "I'll be right back with your phone" and he comes back with a box that has my phone, and EVERY accessory you could think of for it. I explained I would just like the phone, that would be it for today. But he still had to explain every single item and then proceeded to ask me if I wanted to buy it today. After all was said and done, I will NEVER be going to this location again. Sadly they are very close to my house but I will drive the extra 30 minutes just to not have to deal with them again! read more

Don't waste time trying to call Verizon stores, they don't answer. Bought phone, IPAD and cases last weekend. Case broke already. They asked how experience was, said I hadproblem, and they don't respond. So glad I'm not tied to a contract or stuck with Verizon phones.
