Went in a few days later and purchased a charger, phone case, and screen protector WITH the protection plan. My charger didn't work from the get. Went back to the store to exchange it for a working charger and was told bc I didn't have my receipt they couldn't do anything AND Joe was no longer with the company. A young lady with a bad attitude, name starting with an A, told me to give her 48hrs to try to locate my receipt in their system. I gave "A" three days before I called up there and was told their system had been down. They've had no luck. Give them some more time and they'd call. The next week, still no word from anyone, so I popped back in. There, I was told "A" was no longer with the company (I can't even make this stuff up) manager, we'll call "P", said he'd personally be on it. Took my name and number down, STILL not replacing my damaged charger AND I needed a new screen protector put on due to a cracked screen. Nothing was done that day bc THEIR employees didn't put it into their system under my account?? Left very upset but tried to be patient and trust that "P" would make things right. After two days I tried to contact "P" bc he clearly forgot about me or hoped I'd go away. Went back up to the store at 10:30am to be told from a worker in the parking lot that they couldn't get into their building, "you'll have to come back". So I did later that afternoon. A different lady "helped" me as she made me wait for 20 min (there was no one else in the store) to tell me "P" was in a meeting. He never came out to help me. She handed me a new charger and screen protector and says, "P" ate this for you, just know if anything happens to these it's on you". Being a customer with AT&T for 10+ yrs and paying them more than enough money each month, you'd think things would have been handled differently. Absolutely disgusted. One star bc I had to.

He immediately told me they were currently running a sale for BOGO on the Apple Watches and proceeded to tell me about them and the options he had available for me at the store. I picked two watching under the pretext that they were part of the BOGO sale. The man even told me how great of a sale it was at he was sad that he was single and didn't have someone else to give the second watch to. I went through with the sale and that was it. I usually just pay my bill online and kept it moving. I happen to actually look at my bill and realize I'm being charged for the second watch, I call AT&T and they tell me that the watches I picked were never part of that sale and since it's outside of the return window. I paid for the battery and it is supposed to be ready for pick up in one hour. Since it was a little late, I wasn't expecting it to be ready that night. I wasn't going to replace the battery until morning anyway. They open at 9AM on Sunday and I was waiting around to hear that it was ready to be picked up, but heard nothing. Just after 11AM, I show up at the store with the old battery. There were two young gents sitting around and they jumped up when I came in. They didn't know anything about my order. They were very friendly and were able to pull it up on the computer. One of them then pulled my new battery off the shelf. Overall, it went well, but as far as the order being ready in an hour, no way. They had no clue I had even placed an order.

My engagement ring was purchased here in 2011. The ring has had many issues, with the diamonds on…read morethe sides. The ring has been remade twice, yet the problem continued. After having another diamond fall out, the decision was made that I needed to trade the engagement ring in, as it was defective in design. It was understood that I was only trading in my engagement ring and that my wedding bands were to be soldered to the new ring. I was told, to trade in my defective ring I needed to choose one double the value of my current one. After picking out a new one, we did the paperwork. In writing, signed by myself and the sales associate, it states that the jeweler, was to resize my new ring and solder my existing bands to it. The whole time I was in the store it was made clear, I was there only to turn in my faulty engagement ring, even though the ring and one wedding band came as a set. I payed a deposit and opened a store credit for the balance. I left the store expecting to pick up my new ring the next day. I received a call informing me that they were taking my engagement ring and wedding band. At no time, was an offer made for me to keep my band. I went back to the store, stated to the manager that I didn't want to give up my engagement ring, but had to, due to their faulty craftsmanship. Giving up my wedding band was out of the question. He became very pious, letting me know to go forward and call higher management, as he was untouchable and my complaints were not valid. He even threatened to kick me out of the store. I've spent 7 years replacing diamonds, making a three hour drive to this store. Then I'm spending more money on a new ring, and he refused to offer a way for me to keep my wedding band. It took over 30min for him to refund my deposit and give me my old set back. I was in the store a total of 4 hours, only to be threatened and have my credit score affected by opening and closing an account on the same day. My signed recipient and paper work were a contract, one they broke and refused to rectify. I later learned (after talking with corporate) that the manager, Mark Phillips "under his discretion" could have let me keep my wedding band. Mark refused to make their wrong right. Over the years of bringing my ring in, I worked with another manager Brook. She was outstanding, she remembered me and my ring, every time I walked in the door. I will no longer recommend anyone to Reeds. And I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
