They seem irritated that you even came in the store. Today the older lady just kept putting up clothes even though there was a long line to check out. Whenever we asked her if she would check us out, she continued to stock racks and told us she would check us out in a little bit. GOOD customer service would be to come up as soon as you see a customer at the register, not wait until there's 5 people AND they have to constantly ask her to be checked out. There's another girl with glasses that is always complaining about having to accept donations and counting down the time to leave. I understand wanting to leave work but keep it to yourself and at least ACT like you enjoy your job in front of customers. This staff needs to be retrained, I contacted the district about this so hopefully you won't have to deal with the rudeness of these employees like I do Everytime I go here!
