I went into this store yesterday and the employee Kristen was so rude it doesn't make any sense she had a attitude for nothing telling me that she was about to get off and once she leaves nobody would help me after the gentleman helped me she told him " I told him he has to wait " just plain rude and I'm never a person to write n and report somebody but I've been a Verizon customer for years and I know they wouldn't want an employee who was rude to customers read more

Do NOT go this Lithonia location!! All the complaints all accurate. Ever since I left there I've been on the phone with customer service! The young guy that's always on his phone is a crook. My advice check to see what you are being rang up for before you swipe your card. Do not believe any "discounts" or "deals" from what they say they are giving you. He rang me up for a $50 phone case after telling me it was discounted. I've had 4 issues since I left. No star review. read more

If there is a way to give less than 1 star I would. I ordered an iPhone & Apple Watch on Saturday over the phone for in store pickup. The Verizon Sales Agent said I should have receive text from the store by later that day or Sunday stating my order is ready for pickup. No text Saturday. No text Sunday so I went to store at 6:30pm. Store closes at 7pm but door was locked. I had to literally knock on door like I was at a friend's house vs. a place of business. The employee comes to door blocking me from getting in asked Can I help you? I told him I was there to pickup order. He said If I didn't get text it's not ready. Left perturbed because I needed phone for work Monday & was assured Order would be ready prior to. Just left store today Monday, my order wasn't ready because someone entered incorrect code in system. The iPhone was not the right one. And instead of someone going to the back "Safe" they scattered around to their customers in store or stood around talking & doing nothing. Finally I asked fir the order number so I can cancel & get my items from a different Corporate store location. Clearly there is no value in Customer Service at this store. And Verizon, while I do understand that you have authorized dealers I would advise that you properly assess the store itself & the individuals you employ before you as a Corporation allow them to represent your brand! This store shouldn't even be in operation. The product selection is minimal; the staff is incompetent; the service is less than subpar, not to mention the fact that there's explicit rap music playing as customers are trying to deal with these already unintelligent people. Verizon you need to seriously re-evaluate this store. I'm cancelling my order & placing it with a Corporate store, which will hopefully not be out of my way to get to because this experience has been inconvenient enough as is. Due to some authoritative issues with my father, my phone was cut of. Haddy, who works at this location, did everything in her energy to not only help me switch to a new carrier but she was over empathetic to the emotional situation I had going on. Even though I had to come back the next day to fix some unresolved issues, she was able to jump back into action and take care of my phone problems. She continued to be extraordinary by offering my her personal number in case I had any more issues come up after I got home. The store was very busy, but she was able to juggle multiple customers at a time while keeping her calm. I almost wish my phone was broken again so I can come back, just because. Worst customer service and hospitality ever order my iPhone 15 on my app money got taken from my bank and the next morning I woke up drove 20 minutes to stonecrest to get it but when I got there the lady told me customer service shouldn't be processing orders online because they can't complete them, you guys had the phone in stock so I don't understand why she couldn't give it to me it was paid for the order was in your end for the computer she didn't seem like she wanted to help me either when asking her questions all she could say was to call customer service and there weren't Verizon just a retailer I'm sorry but if your selling Verizon equipment and phones and you have the uniforms on followed by the big sign on the building your apart of Verizon . Asking her questions she walked away was putting stuff away she didn't even try to bring her full attention to me . She's telling me customer service is open I call at the actual store and it's not so finally after getting ahold of them they couldn't understand why she couldn't give me the phone like I said it was in stock in store and already paid for make it make sense . They try to help me they get ahold of the physical store and the supervisor was just as confused on why she didn't give me my phone I already paid for . Boom customer service tells me the order is cancelled and I'm good the next morning the 383.54 posts to my bank account now I'm out a phone and Verizon still has 383 dollars of mine call customer service again I tell them I either want my money or the phone since you already have my money for it he gets me a check in time I drive all the way out there again ! This time it's a new associate so I'm thinking I'm not gonna have any problems I explain my situation yet again and the first thing she says is "call customer service" they sent a email to them and myself saying there was a check in about inquiring the iPhone 15 link he reserved it and everything just to immediately get told call customer service she didn't even look into her iPad for my check in didn't look any further into my situation at all just jumped straight to customer service finally I had to buy the phone in store and I'm still waiting on a refund worst part is I'm not even from Georgia I'm from Las Vegas and I been a Verizon customer for 2 years now the fact you guys let your associates treat others that way is crazy . Verizon still has my 383.54 and I already bought the phone separately so like wtf all this frustration might as well switch to T-mobile and let them pay off these phones maybe I'll get treated better . Store: Verizon Authorized Retailer - Victra Location: Stonecrest Mall parkway Problem: Could not cancel order in order to purchase ugraded phone immediately within store. Solution: Cancel ordered items so that I can purchase new phone for immediate use. Action: Potentially lose 15+ years customer to competitors. What happened: I went into my neighborhood corporate Verizon store (which in researching I am aware is a AR store now!) to get a upgraded phone. My current phone has been stolen and I needed a replacement ASAP. Unfortunately, after picking a phone I had to change my mind and order a cheaper phone due to the increase amount in my bill attached to the original choice. I apologized about the switch and the ladies continued to help me. After finding out they would have to order the cheaper phone and it would take 7-10 business days to receive it (unless I paid for faster shipping). I apologized because I couldn't wait and switched back to the more expensive option because they had it in stock. The lady (no one got an attitude) got on the phone no more than 6mins after the order was placed to cancel it. The service person said they couldn't cancel the order and would need a specific approval to do so......long story shorter; they didn't get the approval and now the account is held up until the item comes in. I am highly upset for two reasons: I have been with Verizon for a long time and never had this kinda of problem especially for such a small fix. I needed a phone and would have paid more money to get it and NO SMART BUSINESS TURNS THIS OPTION DOWN FOR SHIPPING ISSUES. I don't know if this is an issue because its now a AR store of if Verizon has finally gotten too big to keep up is usually GREAT customer service. I visited a the Stonecrest, Ga location a few hours ago, and was less than satisfied with my service. The "customer service/sales" rep (Nijala F.) was real short worded with me, appeared annoyed with my questioning and responded in very condescending manor. She defiantly didn't display a kind customer service attitude and wasn't trying to sell. This store used to be the only location I would go to, not anymore, very disappointed! My phone that I needed for work died. Next day, June 24, 2021, I went Verizon for a new phone. The old phone was a 5 yr. old LG. I decided I wanted to go back to Samsung. That was my first mistake because in the 5 years since having a Samsung, a lot has changed. The store had 2 in stock but because there was no case for the lesser priced one $185, I bought the Samsung A12 for $215. I never checked the gig amount so I paid top dollar for an older version with the smallest amount of storage. My second mistake was immediately needing a phone for work but not checking reviews. I only had this phone for a week but already feel it's a piece of crap and want to throw it against a wall. My third mistake was because I drive an older car I was afraid the phone would not pair with the car. I have no knowledge of earbud technology but thought it would be a remedy if the phone didn't pair. When I asked the associate about earbuds, she said the Elab earbuds, $39.99, were as good as or better than the expensive ones, so I purchased them. on June 26 after charging and pairing the earbuds, because the right one didn't work, the left one won't stay on. On July 2 when I went to the store to replace the earbuds, I was told I have to contact Elab. OMG Verizon doesn't even stand behind products sold in their store. Now I'm the one who has to go through the inconvenience of returning the product to the manufacturer. I walked away from the store with a $457 (small amount compared to others) bill that comes with no customer service, and that was the cheap phone. I would think the high prices would come with at least some ability to return equipment that's not working to the place of purchase. I gave it one star because there are no shades when it comes to customer service for me. read more

The sales experience as very good, Brandon, assistant store manager, was very helpful and saved me some money. I purchased two Apple iPhone 13 pro max. However, when I when to pick up I got the worst service possible. The other manager, Mystery, needs training on how to provide exceptional customer service. First, I had to wait until the safe opens (I arrived at 12:15 PM). When I informed Mystery, I was on my lunch break and had to activate two phones, she gave me to an inexperience associate. I know new people have to learn, but Mystery could have taken care of me and had the other associate watch and ask questions. It took TOO long (almost 2 hours), with the inexperienced associate having to stop and ask Mystery on how to proceed. It was terrible, and I'm a very patient person. I even said something to Mystery and she gave me some stupid response. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! This wasn't my first time with poor service at this location. I don't know why I keep coming back; wishful thinking and hoping they'll improve. read more
