They have screwed up my business account and all I have been doing is paying more and more and more than what they promised. The bill was supposed to go down. I am on now eighth month and they still have not fixed the problem. Once you walk out the door and have the deal done you're like invisible. I have wasted so much time in the store trying to resolve this issue. I have been promised credits that have never came in. I was promised that they could save me on my monthly bill. I should keep going back to resolve this issue. They should be working on it even if I'm not there. Very disappointed in Verizon. It has really gone downhill. been a customer for a long time, but definitely looking to switch if this doesn't get resolved. read more

Do not buy warranty insurance on your phone! It's not worth it. I bought it on my new phone two years ago. i was not able to hear anyone if I received a call or made one unless I put my phone on speaker. Went into the store and they tried a couple of things but it didn't fix the problem. I was told that I would need to take it to Rochester Minnesota or Ames to have it looked at or repaired. If I didn't want to do that I had to pay $50 to deny that to have them send me a different phone. Unfortunately I had to choose that option. it took me over a week and two different phones to get one that worked. The one that I got works but the battery goes down fast. Ever since I received my phone it has not worked properly. Since Covid I haven't been able to bring in my phone. I am worried that due to the virus I will lose my warranty. It has not worked right since I received it. I'm not one who will take a chance of being exposed. I need a new phone. I do not want to lose my data. I need assistance badly. I've never had an issue with new phones and have been a customer for many years. Can u please help me? I've tried and tried. It wants me to use messenger as my default. I do not want that. Would give this store a 0 if possible, but I feel like I need to get the word out regarding the lack of knowledge between this store and the corporate/customer service organization. Purchased a phone on Black Friday, and we also purchased an iPad that day due to the current promotion. We were told the monthly bill would not increase our bill more than $20 a month, and we were also told that the credit from my phone trade in value. Received our bill yesterday, and it was $100+ when compared to our previous bill. Incredibly frustrated...will not be back to this location. read more

Avoid this store at all cost! We have had nothing but bad experiences at this store. Most recently, we went in to convert our personal account to a small business account. They lost power to the tablet they were using to convert this over so we're not able to complete this while we were at the store. We went back to Verizon but in Minneapolis the next day, due to the way they merged the accounts, it put a fraud lock on our account for 72 hrs! We need to add a line for business, but no- they can't do that due to the lock on the account. There is nothing that Verizon can do to fix it, we are just screwed! We are trying to run a business and this store just screwed us. Find a different store, don't trust them to do anything right. We have been Verizon customers for 15 yrs. We have been happy with Verizon, but this store has always been a bad experience. read more

IPhone quit working and wouldn't power on. Went into the store first thing when they opened. They deemed it defective and ordered me a replacement. It was on a Saturday and I understand that I would see a new one till Monday (What I was told). Monday morning comes around and I thought it was odd I didn't have a order pending, or even any type of tracking so on did a Online chat with Verizon. Basically they told me that they could see the store accessed my account on Saturday morning but never ordered a replacement. I will say the staff is nice but as my only phone I own, it would have been nice to get this straightened out on Saturday and not on Monday morning. read more
