They have screwed up my business account and all I have been doing is paying more and more and more…read morethan what they promised. The bill was supposed to go down. I am on now eighth month and they still have not fixed the problem. Once you walk out the door and have the deal done you're like invisible. I have wasted so much time in the store trying to resolve this issue. I have been promised credits that have never came in. I was promised that they could save me on my monthly bill. I should keep going back to resolve this issue. They should be working on it even if I'm not there. Very disappointed in Verizon. It has really gone downhill. been a customer for a long time, but definitely looking to switch if this doesn't get resolved.

Went into the store and they tried a couple of things but it didn't fix the problem. I was told that I would need to take it to Rochester Minnesota or Ames to have it looked at or repaired. If I didn't want to do that I had to pay $50 to deny that to have them send me a different phone. Unfortunately I had to choose that option. it took me over a week and two different phones to get one that worked. The one that I got works but the battery goes down fast. When I look it says battery health is weak. What a racket! Be warned!!!

She told me that there was one person ahead of me and that she would get to me asap. When it was my turn, Tina could tell that I was not comfortable standing and offered me her chair. Her kindness touched me. Other customers were coming in. Tina acknowledged each person with a kind word and managed to get to each and everyone, by multitasking and making sure that each customer was satisfied. Tina fixed my phone in moments and I ended up adding batteries and light bulbs to my order. The prices were fantastic and Tina was the best!
