I visited this Verizon location to try and resolve an issue I was having regarding a new phone. I added a new phone to my friend's existing Verizon plan. We ordered the phone on the phone with a rep (not at this location) and picked it up later that day. I had trouble transferring my number over from cricket. I wasted over 4 hours on multiple different phone calls going round and round with tech support. Feeling frustrated and irritated, my friend and I stopped by this store as our last resort. Thomas and Davi jumped right on the case. We sat in store for about 2 hours while the store reps and tech support tried working through the issues. It was nice having real people to talk to that weren't just trying to sell us other services when they were out of resources. Thank you again to Thomas and Davi for helping us work through the issue. Do not go here. Walked out of here spending $600 for a normal service plan and a iPhone 15, and for first week I owned the phone I had no service and couldn't even call. Went to go get a refund, they gave me $200 back on my card and wouldn't give me the rest back since I used cash. Been waiting 2 weeks for this check to show and never has. Poor service and worst customer service. read more

Zero stars would be better. Went to store to buy 2 watches. Told shawn we wanted 2 exactly like the ones we currently have. He was helpful and distracted! He opened my new watch it is 1 size smaller but I said ok that's fine the other watch he said this one is an exact match to the one my brother had on. No need to open just set up when we get home. Of course that's a lie. Got home its a different color. I go back to store and he walks out I said this is not chrome it's Blask I need to return this. He then told me he would call the cops on me and have me removed from the store. The nice black man working there said come here I'll do it for you. Shawn then every 30 seconds popped his head out and made snide comments. Do not buy from that store - go to a REAL Verion store. This one is bad! Worst customer service ever. read more

First off, if given a choice I'd give them no stars. Absolute worse service I have ever received from a phone company. No customer service whatsoever. If you go in with an issue, they automatically tell you they can't do anything, call corporate. Even when corporate left a note on your account for them to go ahead and provide the service that corporate told us they would do. I have never been so infuriated with a phone company. This retail location has made us regret switching over to Verizon completely. I would never recommend this location to anyone. read more

This is by far the worst store I have ever been to. The employees do not even know how to operate there computers to take a cash payment. It shouldn't take 3 people to do a payment. read more

I washed my phone with the sheets! Popped in to see what my options were outside of insurance and Mel greeted me with a big smile and got right to work. An upgrade was available and within an hour of walking in I had a new phone plus some promotional "goodies"! Mel was so friendly and professional. She knew her phones and made this "whoops" effortless and a great start to the rest of my day! Highly recommend this store. Another plus not super busy as some of the other Verizon stores where you have to wait and wait. read more

I received a call from the person that I bought my phones from and she explained a lot better than the manager did. The device credit for selling them my old phone can only be used for accessories in the store. It doesn't count towards tax or new phone purchase. I did receive my second bill credit this month so that is awesome. I'll give them an extra star since they did come through on what they said. Not five stars though because of all the talking around that the manager guy did. If he would have explained it like the sales girl did than it probably would have been 5. read more
