Still terrible. Since it's filtered I'm reposting my experience with them. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen, visit the Verizon Wireless Store at Village Walk in Murrieta. I purchased a phone from them less than a week ago, and a helpful associate named Ryan worked with us. I was having issues with the phone being defective yesterday (phone would randomly reboot, screen would display artifacts) so my wife went in and Ryan was kind enough to exchange it. Today, the new day old cell was having issues, with the touch sensors turning black / visible, and with the side of the screen turning orange when white webpages were opened. So since I'm on crutches and in a cast, my wife went in again for me, and this time was a total change of attitude. A very caustic employee named Nicole informed my wife, "we can't just keep switching Palm Pres out for you every day.' Uh, as a reseller, it's your job to exchange defective products that you sell, and in turn return them to the vendor for proper credit. It's also not the customers job to play pity ear for you because you hate your life. Regardless, my wife came back to me, and informed of this behavior. So I went in, and Ryan tried to help us, but his manager John would not bend in any way shape or form. I wasn't trying to get anything for free, just trying to get the same phone free of defects. You think they would have thrown a bone to the customer, but nope, totally unprofessional, except once again Ryan, who was cool and calm, even if we were probably annoying him to no end! In fact, his manager wasn't even willing to switch the phone out, despite it being defective. The "manager" (read: child) didn't even bother to come out and talk with us, or try to work with us, talking through his employees and staying in the back of the store the whole time. Instead of being a good manager and checking on his sales floor, he did not come out of the back even once when we were there. This is what passes for management at Verizon Wireless? So what did we do? We went to Verizon Wireless in Temecula on Winchester Ave. They were more than helpful, and despite not even getting the phone from them, they had us try out phones until we found a working one with no defects, and exchanged it for us no problem. I would highly recommend going to Verizon Wireless in Temecula as opposed to Murrieta, even if it is 15 more minutes out of the way. Stay far, far, away from Murrieta Verizon. The sad part was is my dad recommended it to me, raving about the customer service, but after explaining to him what happened, he will not be going back. Just make the drive to Verizon Wireless Temecula, it's well worth the extra drive. If for some odd reason you have to go to the Verizon Wireless store in Murrieta, then ask to work with Ryan. read more

Absolutely terrible experience at the Verizon store on Clinton Keith. The manager, Jose, was completely unwilling to help and came across as hostile and dismissive. I asked a simple question regarding my child's phone and an app, which I have full parental control and access to, and he flat-out refused to assist. Instead of offering support, he stated that he does not support a parent asking questions about their own child's phone. On top of that, Jose was unwilling to even address a simple concern and redirected his own uncertainty rather than providing any real assistance. His attitude was aggressive, unprofessional, and made it clear that customer service is not a priority here. Jose should be replaced immediately due to his lack of customer service, unwillingness to support customers, and his aggressive manner. Regarding Verizon Store at Village Walk, Murrieta, CA 92562. My very old flip phone died after getting wet. I needed a new Verizon flip phone and dreaded going in for fear they would push me to buy a smart phone which I can't afford and do not want. Jonathan was very helpful without being pushy. He reviewed my plan, which was very old, and revised it to a better plan that cost less per month and qualified me to get my new $49 basic phone for $3.99. I was very happy! The day before I bought the new phone, I went in to this same store just to have an older phone activated until I could shop for a new phone (didn't have time that day). Robert was very helpful in activating my old phone with absolutely no push to buy that day and no charge, which was very appreciated. read more

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Angelo for saving my daughter's social life. iMessage and FaceTime locked up on her iPhone. We contacted Apple and they passed the buck to Verizon, saying it was a carrier issue. Angelo tried several things to no avail and he was about to send us back to Apple, but then he asked for a few more minutes to try one more thing. He wasn't ready to accept defeat! The final fix he attempted was successful, and my daughter was totally stoked! He knew we weren't making any purchases that day, but he still took the time to fix iMessage and FaceTime - and it's that sort of customer service that will bring us back when we are ready to purchase our next cells. read more

I just wanted to shout out how awesome Angelo was when I came in for help. I needed to change my old phone data to my new phone and came in to the store for help with the task. He went above and beyond to help me get it straightend out as it wasnt as easy as it was supposed to be. I ended up bringing my computer back to the store so he could finish loading it directly and both times he dedicated his time to making sure it got done no matter how busy the store was. As I am a Realtor and depend on my phone heavily, I cant tell you how much I appreciate his getting this done! Thanks Angelo! read more

Remember the commercial where the new kid gets all the cool stuff?? Well that's this store shitty customer service once they have you your on your own but if your new they'll promise you the moon and the stars.Management very unhelpful and condasending basically showed me the door and said if you don't like it go elsewhere.Hmmmm maybe I should wont be going back there and will tell friends and family to steer clear of that dump!!! read more

3rd in door at 10am. 2 people after me. Of course all but one was finished and left while I waited. I stated at check in I wanted to change carriers. I walked out after 15 minutes of sitting at counter while employees chatted and walked past me. Don't think this is the way I want to start with new carriers.
