Originally, we attempted to establish a new contract with Verizon/Frontier through the Verizon 1800 number. Over a very length time on the phone with the Representative, it became very clear that there was a communication issue with the representative and ourselves, in the efforts to try to establish a new phone, internet package, and keep our original phone numbers from the previous provider. After over two hours on the phone, we opted to cease any further discussions with the representative on the phone and take our services to a face-to-face person at the Verizon office located at 27970 Clinton Kieth Road Murrieta. The store Representative Devon and the Manager Jesse really went out of way to accommodate the change over as a smooth experience, even when there was a bump in the road of trying to get my husbands old number to carry over they went out of there way working with their service tier department to ensure this would happen appropriately. From our own personal experience, I would recommend saving yourself from any heartache and just visiting the store location, rather than trying to get your needs met over the phone. These guys are really there to help you out and find you the best deal that meets your needs. read more

What a disappointment. Beautiful store in a great location, lots of product on the shelves... Feels extremely sterile because you can't take anything off the wall without having a salesperson hovering over you. Definitely not like how Verizon stores used to be. But what was really disappointing was I have a business account and I've had a ton of trouble with transferring information from my old phone to my new phone that was replaced under warranty. I spoke to Verizon over the phone and they told me to come into the store, where the person here can help me and when we were done they would take the unit and ship it back in the pre-stamped FedEx box. When I explained what I was here for, the salesman seemed disappointed that I wasn't there to buy things.. I'm assuming they work on commission. And just completely gave off the attitude that they had no interest in doing anything. So they walked to the back to go ask their manager and of course the manager had no interest coming out front. When the sales been walked back out to talk to me. He told me I just have to ship the box back and there really wasn't anything else they can do. Not a huge issue with shipping the box back through FedEx, but just the whole vibe with feeling like if they are not making sales then they don't want to help Was really off-putting. I have a business account with many phones and this type of scenario where it should have been an easy customer service win that shows me why I choose to pay more for Verizon services than other cell carriers is worth it.. ended up just souring me. Good chance when my contract's up here in a couple months we're leaving. Real. Bummer. read more

10 stars for Delvin today who was able to accomplish what we've been trying to do for the past 3 months in 2 minutes what your customer service center could not do. Or more like they said they did it and they really didn't as I continued to get charged for my watch even though we switched providers 3 months ago. Cancelled our account, they only cancelled our phones, called to cancel a second time after I paid another monthly bill, they said it was done, but the bill I got this month said otherwise. Gave up and just went into the store and third times the charm. AT&T's customer service center sucks even more so maybe it's the same across the board, but we appreciated Delvin helping us out and making the transition even easier by fully closing our account today. read more

Honestly, if it wasn't for the price of service, Verizon would get 5 stars from me. I had a great customer experience in store on Sunday at this location. Few people in front of me when I arrived but was still pretty fast. The staff was friendly and professional, knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. I was in and out in about 20 minutes including the wait time. They had what I wanted in stock and I was able to get it setup quickly. I've had Verizon about 20 years because the service level has always been high. I just wish they'd have a more competitive price on services. I've tried another service once, BIG mistake as the cellular availability and connectivity was a joke. Guess that's why Verizon charges more lol! read more

Help me analyze my bill figure out where I'm over spending and help me to save over $250 on my bill per month. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the hours that are displayed on the website and yelp be updated with the appropriate hours. This location states that on Saturdays this store closes at 8pm. I pulled up to Verizon at 7:03pm and the doors were locked. Knocked on the window because there was an employee in there and he said the store closes at 7:00pm. I said back "but online it says 8:00pm" and he said "they haven't updated it". I am not sure if this was true or not, but after being on the phone for a HOUR with customer service who told me it was ok to go to the store to resolve my internet issues, this just set it off for me and is the reason for the bad review. i went into this newly opened location and was greeted by two awesome employees by the name of kevin and brian. they were both very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. they took the time to analyze my account to see if there was any way to be able to upgrade my phone and see if any promotions they are currently offering can save me money to where i might just break even. that would be totally awesome. if my problem that i went into today about does not get 100% resolved. i will definately be back because these two guys were totally awesome. its rare to get customer service like this now a days. read more

Having to pay a $50 re-stock fee because Hannah couldn't do her job efficiently... I had gone in for a trade in and the phones I had asked for were all out of stock so I had to have it shipped to me. After going through my options, I had asked for an IPhone 15 Plus with 512 GB. She asked if I really needed the 512 GB and promptly tried talking me out of it. I still decided on the iPhone 15 Plus with 512 GB since all the other phones were out of stock and I had to wait for it anyway. Upon arrival I was surprised when I saw that I had been sent an IPhone 15 and not the 15 Plus after making it clear I had wanted it. I'm glad that Khatira was able to help me with the exchange process and even broke down how much the difference and tax were, something Hannah didn't do. I did have to pay $50 for a restock fee which easily could've been avoided if I was sold the right phone in the first place. If you don't live close to this Verizon then I'd save your time going to a different location or ask for Khatira! read more

It's been 1 week now I've tried to upgrade 2 phones at this location. We initially upgraded on the app, to the village Walk Plaza location that was showing OPEN. Imagine our surprise when the building was closed with metal doors on. They were showing open for the next day, so we arrived to the store closed again. Beyond ridiculous that when I showed up today on Sunday to be told it's "appointment only". Which is literally shown NOWHERE, absolutely nowhere is it mentioned it's appointment only. The guy working said they have "staffing issues". Low and behold, a quick google search shows Verizon pays 18-20% BELOW the National average for compensation. Of course you'll have staffing issues when the staff is being our crap. This store should just be shut down. Not crappy hours, that aren't actually aligned to their website or the schedule on the wall. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Verizon committed fraud by selling us service to an area that they do not service. We have all of the proof and ticket numbers showing we canceled everything immediately and returned equipment but they are dragging this on for seven months now and have sent us to collections when we never actually used their service. Will is absolutely horrible , even though he has proof of us returning everything with the dates, he said he will no longer help us and to sue him if we want. stay far away from Verizon. I did a phone pick up at Verizon 24520 Village walk dr. Murrieta Ca. I was in line less than 5 min. The manager came from the back to ask how can he help me, I said I'm here to pick up a phone. I gave him my phone number and name he came back I showed him my I.D. I got the phone, I asked can you help me set the phone up, he said you don't know how set up the phone up I said no, I know nothing about an iPhone he said ok its 29.00. I said ok, then he said it will take about an hour I said ok. Then he said It will take about 2hours I said ok I will be looking for a case, then he said what kind of phone do you have I said Samsung, he said ok it's now going to take 4 hours, I said ok, then he said you will have to come back tomorrow because they can't stay there that long, the store manager Bret was very rude not helpful at all. read more

Writing this because I been with Verizon for a long time since joining the military has the discount stop and was told that you need to verify your veteran status again. If you serve in the military you will always be a veteran of why would I need to be verified again the whole world knows this.. I requested my money back that they was charging me and have not received it yet and then they charge me again after having conversation with them about it. Came down to swap one of the numbers on my account to a new phone. After waiting in the store for 15 minutes, I was turned away because I left my personal phone at home? I.D. only apparently wasn't good enough. The staff is lacking bedside manners with how they respond to frustrated customers. It's no wonder they have a security guard inside the store. I just saw that Spectrum Mobile is offering an unlimited plan including tax for $29.00 a month. No contract and its on the Verizon Wireless network. I worked with 2 different employees on the same day requesting information on available promotions. This store was fairly new when I went there...but it was an old Sprint store that had been converted to Verizon so they were accustomed to selling phones and plans. I felt pressured to sign up for a very expensive plan...although I know that nobody switches to Verizon to save money. I have my issues with Verizon plans, but I'll save that for my review of the company. I didn't like this store because, although I was fairly sure I was going to switch to Verizon, I almost didn't do it because the sales guy irritated me so much. He was continually trashing on Sprint even though I said I didn't have a problem with it...just because my dad doesn't like Sprint. OK...my dad was with me and all, but I'm 26. If I tell you several times...and my dad tells you that I'm the one who's buying the phone and signing a contract...don't you think you should focus your sales efforts on me?! Idiot!
