Save yourself the stress and AVOID AT&T (especially this location) at all costs, period! Switching to this provider has been one of the biggest regrets ever. They are a bunch of con artists, swindling, crooks that will tell you lie upon lie to make their quotas and commissions and this includes their customer service department AND their rewards center. Everyone is incompetent and doesn't know how to do their jobs or provide decent customer service. The supposed manager that helped us switch from Verizon, I'd say 97% of what he said and what he said would happen after we switched was completely untrue. He advised us not to worry about our cancellation with Verizon because they wouldn't send us a cancellation bill for at least 6 weeks, try ONE week later, over $1300 we had to pay out of pocket because our Visa Rewards Switcher cards (to help us pay these Verizon early termination fees) would not be available for 6-8 weeks. We are going on 3 months later and have only received 2/5 Visa cards. So fast forward to present day, we filed all the paperwork online and submitted our Verizon cancellation bill on 04/03/26, 2 days after we switched providers for them to not process a card for my line. We called a couple times to check the status and were told it was being processed and to just be patient, THAT WAS ALL. I called again today, was on the phone for nearly 2 hours between 6 employees, 3 departments AND TWO MANAGERS just to be told a resounding NO, they couldn't do anything, too bad, too late, I was outside of the 60 days to file for the promotion. NOT OUR FAULT! We were lied to, mislead, given incorrect information over and over just to be penalized because you couldn't even do your job correctly. I wish we could just cancel, but unfortunately we are now stuck in a flipping contract AND out of money for having to pay the cancellation fees with Verizon. The kicker? The sales person BRAGGED how you do all the lines and service for the EMTs and first responders, a contract that was taken from Verizon. While our phones now work better and have better service in surrounding areas, it absolutely sucks where we live and also inside our own house! BEWARE! read more

We've been working with Erik here at the store. I commended anyone that can deal with my family when it's time for the whole family to upgrade their phones. He was able to work with us and get us the best value he could with every trade in and new phone. He has worked with us at least twice and we have to go back at least one more time. So I had my mom go into this store to turn in my trade-in phones as I live in LA and I work a very busy schedule, she was assisted by a guy named Darius and this guy was rude and completely lazy when you have your family come in and they don't know how things work the proper thing to do is explain and help. Horrible customer service. I came in on a Friday night and the AT&T rep walked out from the back and smelled like he had just taken a fresh bong rip. I'm fine if you want to do whatever on your own time, but in a customer service role where he was slow to respond and couldn't answer questions right was very bizarre. Like other reviews, insurance was added on to my plan without my consent. Poor representation of AT&T and quality of the sales reps is proof. This is not an AT&T store. It is an authorized reseller. We came here to add a line two months ago. They changed our plan, added insurance we didn't ask for, added Next, which we didn't ask for and we lost our discounts due to the plan change. Phone bill increase by nearly 45%. Now, I am dealing with the real AT&T to fix all of the account changes that were made. Unfortunately, the sales person was incredibly misleading and did not mention any of the changes. He told me, and showed me the updated monthly amount (which went up nominally), and some how all of these costs are not reconciling to the number shown/agreed upon. Buyer beware. read more

I was pretty happy with AT&T until I did an upgrade for my devices. There were things promised and I was told by one of the retail store employees at this location to call customer service and they will able to get credit back to my account . I called customer service and technically they laugh at my face saying that's not possible. Where is the integrity, where are supervisor, district manager looking into complaints and training millennials that don't care about representing the company they work dignity and work ethics. Now, I'm stuck with a really high bill for all kinds of hidden fees. I traded one of my phone out of the 4 devices that i got on installments. But I will be returning all the equipment to the store. I was also told by the manager at "customer service" that is my lost because I'm not getting my phone back and I will need to wait 2 to 3 billing cycles to see if they can refund me for my I phone I traded in. I'm sick and tired of companies that don't value existing customers and It doesn't matter how high you escalate because at the end no body is willing to take ownership on the employees mistakes. read more

What I was told and what I agreed/signed for was different than what my plan was adjusted to. I was charged an additional $300. This was fraud and I urge you not to fall into the same trap. The rep, Michael was excellent but the process is painful and AT&T sets up new customer and those that add devices to try and charge them for all kinds of insurance for your home etc. without your authorization. I went into look at Samsung watches and was offered a 25% reduction on my bill if I bought one. The monthly access for the watch was $10 and the installment on the watch was $5. My bill went from $111 to $294 the first month and then $254 recurring. I went into the store twice with no offer of help. I called 611 but that was incredibly frustrating working with someone overseas reading from a script. I filed with the BBB and got an email from AT&T (Brian Holz) but then he disappeared. This looks like a class action lawsuit in the making for customers getting ripped off and no way to resolve the issue. read more
