what a scam that store has going on, you hear it over and over. mine started last fall. my husband went because his phone wasn't working. jason sold him a line of lies about what a great deal he was giving him. he sent my husband home with a phone for me. i returned it a few days later stating i was out of town and it was not the phone i wanted. he acted so willing to help and told me to keep that phone or the promotion would not be applied and he would order the one i wanted. he explained we would not activate it to use my existing phone. the new one came in i brought back the one not activated and my phone and all seemed fine. i then decided on a new ipad and turned in my old one. i kept going back and explaining i did not get credit and he said it was taking a while to get the credit he was sure it was sent out because he had no phones or i pads left to mail in. after months of this contacted his store manager tabitha who said she would get to the bottom of it and no return call. contacted verizon and was told i should have been given a routing number to follow it and nothing they could do without it. when my husband went back and confronted jason he told him to lower his voice and that maybe i should look for my phone elsewhere. i cannot believe verizon does not take all these complaints and do something about the scams going on at this store. please do not go to this store and be scammed. read more

I can't say enough about the services I received! I had so many questions and Jason Buckley who was helping me was so calm with me ( I was a bit difficult) and super professional! He answered ALL my questions with ease explaining to me in detail and made sure I understood everything with my phone, how to work everything and understand the services I chose! I had asked about other services and was informed about stuff I had no idea they even offered. I also must note I had previously went somewhere else and had a negative experience so I had zero expectations this time around!! Thankfully, Jason changed my outlook on this! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Miguel Severyn for all the assistance he has provided me during my 2 visits at this store. My new telephone was not operating as well as it should and he and John (I do not know John's last name - sorry!) determined I should get a new one. The phone arrived today and I tried to activate it and move my contacts and pictures over to the new phone, but I was unsuccessful. Miguel spent some considerable time doing just that for me today. He took the time to explain some other functionalities of which I was unaware and then I was on my way! Miguel and John represent Gowireless Verizon in a very positive light and I so appreciate the customer service they both afforded me. This place is a joke! I was at this store a couple of weeks ago. Entering the store I wasn't greeted or anything. Finally I was approached by a young lady I believe her name as Tabitha. Yeah thats great customer service she didn't event introduce herself, I over heard her name by another employee. Lets say she had attitude and it seemed she wasn't very interested in helping me. I just had a couple of questions that was the reason of my visit. I guess I was treated like trash because I wasn't buying a phone? I"m just not sure! In all of my years as a customer I NEVER have been treated in this manner. This person has no business in customer service, I don't understand a company like Verizon should do a better job on hiring employees. This one is a bad apple. read more

Since getting first ever smartphone from Kevin several months ago I have come into the east store several times with "stupid questions ", all I wanted was a basic phone but this guys amazing. He not only created this Apple ID thing but he unlocked my phone when I pulled the plug on an update. It's like he studies every aspect of every phone and every car Bluetooth on his spare time. If you have a question Kevin's your go to guy, if he doesn't know the answer right away he finds it for you instead of turning you away like the other store by 5th, I want him in my company, but he politely declined and explained he loves his job. I can see that. My only question is why is he not the boss? Intelligence and loyalty are hard to find. Thank you, customer for life! read more

Bought a new LG phone through Verizon on line. Took it to a corporate store to have the information on my old Verizon phone transferred to the new phone. After 45 minutes, the customer rep told me he couldn't get it to transfer and maybe try another store. That sounded like bullc**p to me. I could see he was just trying to get rid of me. Took the phone to Gowireless where Tabitha Hovey transferred the the date from my old phone to my new phone in 10 minutes. She was obviously more knowledgeable and more persistent than the corporate assistant. Doesn't say much for the corporate Verizon store. I wouldn't go back there again. The store did charge $20 to do the transfer. I advised Verizon of the charge and they credited me with the cost. read more

I've been with other carriers, Tmobile, AT&T, and Verizon. Just moved down here from Atlanta and looked to replace my iPhone through a warranty plan because I was having issues. Walking into this branch, I had never received the support and feedback anywhere else like I did with Kevin. Most businesses these days are entirely for themselves and that's part of the reason we have things like Yelp, etc to let us know what the business won't tell us, of course. But one things for certain, this location will take care of you. I will make sure to go out of my way to come here for future for anything phone related. Thanks guys! read more

I recently purchased a new Iphone 11 Pro and a watch from a different location due to proximity. Not realizing there was a difference with Authorized Dealers- I was inofrmed by a close friend who told me to visit 2100 Tamiami Trail in Naples. I was greeted by all the associates (Jason, Geroge and John) and I explained to John I needed to transfer over my information after being hung up on by Verizon the night before. My experience with the Verizon rep, Ruth.j today was wonderful. She is pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. She went way beyond her duties to take care of me and she made appropriate suggestions to make usage of the devices I purchased easier for me. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate my entire experience a 10 because of Ruth. She is a customer service oriented employee and a good Verizon stakeholder. My husband and I recently purchased two cell phones at this store and worked with Tabitha. She approached us as soon as we walked through the door and patiently explained the various types of phones to us. Tabitha was friendly, professional and most definitely knowledgable, answering all of our questions and making several helpful suggestions. Tabitha is extremely helpful! I have been going to this store for almost 2years now and although the whole staff is really good I will wait to see her. She has always had patience with me and has taught me how to keep in contact with my grandkids on my iPad by using FaceTime and and has even thought me how to email and iMessage. Tremendous service! Ruth Liggins helped us. We had several things we wanted to do which required calling the "home office".
