There is no way someone so unprofessional and unethical should be put into a position that would legally bind AT&T for her despicable conduct. She refused to accept a return even when directed to do so by AT&T corporate. Denise lied and said that only a manager could process a return; no one else could help us. Then Denise after mocking us and refusing to process the return, snuck out of the store on the last day the item was eligible for a return, and told her Assistant to tell us, "she's gone for the day and won't be back for a few days, so Denise WON'T do the return." Denise INTENTIONALLY sabotaged our return and cost us over $1k. Watch your back with this store and Denise. Corporate wrote TWO grievances against this store AND Denise for failing to follow AT&T policies.

I called, and they insisted it must be my equipment, and a technician can come out in 24 hours. I explained over and over that my problem started when the trucks appeared around my house. They insisted that there were no outages in my area except my house, so it must be my equipment. I pointed out that I can see the wires at the utility pole in front of my house are disconnected, and they insisted the tech would diagnose. The very friendly tech arrived (early!) and quickly determined that Cox had disconnected the line to my house due to detected egress. He shook his head....couldn't explain why they simply disconnected me with no communication, climbed up and reconnected, cleaned up the connection at my house, and all is good. Thank you Cox "Communications". And seriously, thank you to the technician who just wanted to make things right. Every single time they've told me it's the equipment in my house - EVERY TIME - they end up fixing it remotely or they climb up to that utility pole in front of my house and fix something. They failed to tell me that they were replacing the screen with an aftermarket, non-Apple screen. They didn't explain that there was an option, any difference between the 2 products, what an official screen would cost - nothing. I got home and immediately noticed the colors looked off and did the research to understand what they had sold me. When I called they essentially said they "figured I'd want the cheaper option." It's clearly an inferior screen with noticeably worse lighting, everything is super bright and cool. To make matters worse, I then learned the Apple Store offers the screen replacement with an official screen for the same price they charged me for the 3rd party screen. I guess shame on me for not doing the research in advance, but maybe don't assume everyone knows what the hell an aftermarket screen is. Their response was essentially "sorry", and their corporate support was a notch above useless. Buyer beware.
