Went in to take advantage of the trade in any phone in any condition sale they had going on. So we came from T-Mobile and traded up our Google pixel 7's (4 of them on a family plan) which we were paying 125 a month for. We'll. We were offered 4 samsung galaxy s25 to regular 2 ultras. Long story short we signed for $147 dollars a month third month in a row my bill is $316 ontop of the $300 at the store to get everything setup and taxes and fees. Called Verizon they can't help because this is "an individual business" not a Verizon store. It's Celular sales, not Verizon. So basically im screwed​​ untill they decide if and when they want to fix this "Bait and switch" which is illegal and I'm in the process of filling with the CFPB, FLORIDA STATE, and the courts with my attorney. Ask for Jim at Verizon Cellular Sales on Trouble Creek and Littke Road, across the street from Dunkin' Donuts. I've had a lot of different Verizon employees (via phone and in person), but Jim is by far the best. I told him of my dead battery issue on one of my devices, and he ended up saving me more money with the 55 and older plan verses the government/veteran discount. So, now I'm walking out with a newer phone for my husband, the hum device for my car for diagnostics as well as a Samsung Tablet. read more

Just walked in there try to get some help as I had been on the phone with Verizon for over an hour got no help then I went to chat and all they could try to get me to do was do auto bill auto bill auto bill so I said OK never mind and then I went to The Verizon store on trouble Creek in Newport Ritchie Florida to get some help there all I was trying to do was pay my bill They directed me the desk of Ken Breland I tried to talk to him for a few minutes he asked for my phone number so he could pull up my account he couldn't pull up my account so I tried to log into My Verizon On my phone and I had trouble pulling up my account so I sat down in his chair in front of his desk And then he told me that I needed to move and go sit in the chair in the front of the store that this chair was for his next customer that wasn't even in the store I've never been treated so rude in my life and on the way out the door I told him that they sucked and then he could suck my ---- and I walked out the door I've been a customer Verizon for 20 more years so I drove to the next Verizon place that I could find they were very accommodating very friendly very personal and the guy there told me that he heard a lot of bad things about that place but I will never go back into that store ever again and I'm really debating whether I need to be a Verizon customer I wish I didn't have to give them one star but I do because they sure didn't earn it read more

Ryan is the GOAT. Verizon definitely gets a bad rap for the customer service and I have experienced it myself but Ryan is definitely the bomb.com and gets the job done. He will actually go out of his way to try to find the best solution for your problem and get you the best deals. Don't know much about anyone else that works at the store but my five stars go to Ryan. Me and my husband came in one time because we were having issues for me changing from one plan to another and wanted to keep my same phone number which had to be dealt with the customer service line but he walked us through the right things to say and how to handle the situation and it worked a couple months later I came in to get my new phone and the process was done smoothly so I'm happy. read more

If i can give them 0 starts I would , don't go to this authorized retail store , I recommend a real Corporate store , where they know how to treat customers. We bought are phones from Ken , I precisely told him I need insurance on all the 3 devices we are purchasing, especially because my husband needs it. 1 year later my husband lost his phone , I go to do the claim and they tell me I only have warranty on 2 devices not 3. Of course the device that did not have warranty was my husbands phone , I call ken to explain the situation very frustrated. He denies not selling me insurance and that he can't remember and there's nothing that he can do. Even though we've been paying for warranty on these phones and iPad the last year. He hangs up on me , never heard back from him. So I go to a Corporate Verizon store in Port Richey , and they were able to help even thought it took a couple of hours , because of the situation. Don't ever go to this store or have Ken sell you a device , worse customer service ever!!! Also the day we purchase are phones with him , not sure what Ken did , but my husbands business phone got disconnected for no reason the day we purchase the devices. I have to give a huge "shout out" to Rick who assisted me in the purchase of two new I phone 13's. He was kind, understanding and sympathetic when I had to delete a significant other from our family plan due to death. I was teary eyed and he was gracious in his handling of the situation over the phone. He avoided using any "trigger" words as he spoke. Thank you so much Rick. This store has never done me wrong. There is comfortable waiting and browsing areas. The store took over an old CVS about 2 years ago roughly. The service is friendly and all different personality types. For the people waiting , the seating is comfortable and the decor is is unique and interesting and very Verizon like. The staff are very very friendly and would do anything for you to make you happy. There is even a cappuccino and coffee machine that also makes tea, hot chocolate, expresso. We went in to this Verizon store due to being unhappy with a purchased screen protector. The sales women informed us that they didn't have an alternative product that would work to our specifications. When we asked to return the item, she explained "the system" is unable to refund us the money as it was past 14 days since the sale. We pointed out that the reciept does not state this policy anywhere. She explained that I must have signed something that stated this prior to purchase. She continued to argue her point, and we just walked out as there was no concern for fixing the issue. I'm very disappointed in the sales women's lack of problems solving skills and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. We will not be a returning customer. read more

I would never buy anything from this place. I did my homework before going to this store. I got the pricing for everything I was looking for by calling Verizon. They were very nice and informative. I asked them if I would have any issues getting the pricing in a store and they told me no. I didn't mention to the salesman that I already spoke to Verizon for pricing. He proceeded to give me inflated prices for everything. He never mentioned the fathers day sale until I asked him about it. Then he proceeded to tell me that it really isn't a deal that I just get a rebate card. I explained that wasn't what I was told. He never would put anything on paper for me to see pricing. He just kept spitting out random numbers which didn't help the cause. The manager came over and said that the pricing that I was asking for didn't exist and they couldn't do anything. I landed up going to the corporate store and got exactly what I was quoted and more. I intended to only get the iphone 6 with 6 shared gigs of data. I got 2 iphone 6 plus's with 10 gigs to share and it was still cheaper than what this store was trying to sell me. Stay away from authorized retailers, expecially this one. Can I rate this less than a 1? This store is the worst and Verizon is the worst. The salesmen don't care what you want, they just show you what they need to get rid of. They don't take the client into consideration. I've been told on the phone to go to my local Verizon and of course they can't do what I was told to go there for. There is no system when they get busy, so you don't know what to do. And sorry, but it takes more than a cappuccino machine to make me happy. I'm there for their overpriced Family Plan. Which I even get a discount due to my husband employer, but the bill is outrageous. Can't wait to be done with this "contract" Also don't fall for the new "cloud" feature. Where you can sit on a beach and access your information. I'm sitting in front of my computer and can't get anyone to help me access the cloud....what makes me think I could access or would even want to access it on the beach. I can't find anyone to help me. 15 hours to get videos and photos off my phone and no one can help me still. I'm at an hour and 12 minutes today and headed to my 4th person. The only option I have is to delete all my information. My teenager who wants a career in computers can't figure it out either. Don't fall for it, and every time I update cloud, it charges me more money. It got stuck syncing with my computer yesterday and made me upgrade and pay more money to finish. WHAT A SCAM. I used to do this in minutes. When you have to keep going up and up in the troubleshooting line and no one can help.....not something I want on my phone. OH, and the icing on the cake. There are documents in the "cloud" that were created on my computer and had nothing to do with my phone.....many, many documents, not just one. Why are all of these in the "Verizon Cloud". Went to the store purchase 4 lines and they charge me 35.00 for each line for setting up the. Phones on top 30.00 extra for activation charges each line I had ask the sales person if it is an actual Verizon store not a retail and he said yes 2 times I asked and he said yes. They should have a sign saying we charge a fee for setting up the phones not when you purchase the phones and they get you . I'm not happy with the store and will never go back there. They ripping off customers where no other wireless company charge a fee for setting up the lines. read more

We stopped at the store not realizing it wasn't a Corporate store for Verizon. I never new the difference until now. We have a Samsung S7 & told them we wanted something very close. They kept on pushing us to the LG phones. Said we would try it. Decided that same day we didn't like it while at lunch. Seen on the receipts that we where charged $35 to transfer contacts & pictures over. They never got them all to go over. Said leave the phone with me & soon as they download I will call you to double check the new phone. No call & all the other pictures never showed up on the phone. I have never seen this charge before. Go back that afternoon & salesman is gone so tell the other guy(think he was a manager) we want our phone back & what is this fee. No one said anything about the fee. He said "that's what we charge". I said I'm not paying that & give us our old phone back. He said your doing this over $35. I said yes & we don't like the fee or phone. He said this is crazy & ridiculous. So he called my salesman & put him on the phone & I said there is not you can do I want the old phone back now. He said they can't give it to you cause I have it at home! I asked why & he said he was trying to download the pictures & the internet there was slow & he took it home to do it. What company lets there employees take other peoples personal equipment home whit all there info on it?????? Had to wait till the next day to get everything back. Went that afternoon to Verizon Corporate store & they said that all of this was unheard of. You never take a customers equipment home. They wasn't pushy at all & explained the difference in the stores. I would NEVER go into a Authorized Retailers store again! Stick to the Corporate Stores.
