Long story is that by the time we got the final itemized bill, 1 day later we got bill from collection company. I had to beg to get the bill sent in the first place! We did not move...everything remained the same. When we took the bill to T-Mobile we were told that they have had this problem before with US Cellular not sending out final itemized bill so x-customers won't be able to get reimbursements from their new cell phone companies. Bad business practice. Glad we moved to T-Mobile. Saving us lots of $ and we all have smartphones with unlimited data.

First thing Monday morning, I received a phone call with a breakdown of what the issue was and if he could order the part and what the price would be. Due to the price of the component which was reasonable I weighed my options and opted not to have it repaired. I came in and paid the Diagnostics and he disposed of my TV at no charge. I am more than satisfied with my interaction with this business and the gentleman. He treated me like a valued customer even though it was my first time. It's disappointing that he can't do small stuff; especially given that the chip in question is downright huge by the standards of phones and such; but I'm giving 4 stars anyway because he didn't attempt to do something he couldn't, destroying my parts in the process. I still have my parts and can send them to someone that specializes in the small stuff, and that's actually one of the better results I've had with local soldering shops. I wouldn't bring him anything too intricate, but he would be my first stop for something easy like a TV.
