I did not receive promised promotional credits of almost $1000 making it a "free phone" because of mistakes by Chandler and Michael Apel. I wanted to get a travel WiFi, I'm cheap and times a place doesn't have WiFi or business wifi stinks, so I was looking around and also on instagram too, found this and check it out, I called them got more information, I went to this location and this is a prepaid, cost $100 and depends on what gig u want, mine was $80 for 80 gig, monthly, easy to set up and it tells u how much u have use up and what u had, the manager was very nice and helpful too, Verizon is good company, didn't see any other top phone company doing this, so far very happy read more

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would. GREG ( the manager) ( LOL AT HIM HAVING THAT TITLE. Must not be many qualifications for that) was not only one of the worst examples of how a manager should carry himself, but was the source of the WORST experience I have had in my ten+ years of working with version as a carrier. We waited more than an hour to be helped, which isn't even an issue, I get it. Holidays. It was how we were treated after we had been called up. First he sits us down, then irritatingly click clacking on his iPad without even greeting or making eye contact with us, looking over our shoulders more concerned with the damn door than the customers right in front of him. Like he couldn't be Bothered with whatever we were needing. Then he says "I need to use the restroom real quick" ...which now I'm grossed out picturing you using the bathroom then coming to help us, ehk Why not finish your customer before us, use the restroom, then come get us ?¿ simple professional managerial balance, am I right? Mind you none of the other employees seemed stressed out at all... calm cool and collected and happy to be there. we actually were hoping not to be with Greg because we could see how frazzled he was. Then we FINALLY get to tell him why we're they're - to look at our options and get 2 different model Apple Watches, so excited! Yay! Then after rudely getting our account info like he was having the worst day of his life, he has to go to the back to print off paper ( doesn't even tell us what's on the paper he's getting just running around like a chicken with his head cut off lol like paper for what there's an iPad glued to your hand cant you just show us???? Confused.) TAKES 15 MINUTES TO COME BACK?! Then he finally comes back and just spitfires gibberish about a new plan so fast we can barely process what he saying. We wanted to understand what these plans were, what the perks were and how it's different than the current beyond unlimited plan we already had. It's like he was irritated we didn't just say okay Yepp no questions just sign us up and get us out the door so he can get to the apparent more valuable customers after us. Then we start asking simple questions to understand what these plans are because he's saying the beyond unlimited plan is the same as the do more and play more plan. When in reality a simple Google search told me more than his incompetent self ever could, concluding THEY ARE DIFFERENT INDEED. Anyways, he just kept repeating the same thing in same exact words/ sentence. As if we would understand better if he just talked LOUDER and more aggressive,angry, and rude. He kept saying "like I just said" in a very aggressive poor leadership tone of voice, and "I just told you" in a scolding manner, raising his voice even more. Like he was extremely irritated at 2 women for trying to understand what we're spending money on and what deals are applicable. MAYBE just MAYBE, be less concerned with your little iPad and what's happening at the front door and more concerned with your tone of voice/ attitude and how to compose YOURSELF when YOU PERSONALLY are having a bad day that has nothing to do with your loyal company customers. You would think someone with a "manager" title would be able to compose himself and stay professional in any day busy or not but I guess acting like a child pretending to be big and macho is the route he likes to choose. So in reaction to his chosen way of handling life I stood up for my mom while he chose to belittle and try to make my mother feel less than him For not understanding his Verizon language he chose to just repeat louder and louder. I asked him "why are you being so rude to us" and he said " we've just been so busy today" - no excuse - CLEARLY we just waited an hour + to be "helped" by you to which I said "why can't you just treat us with kindness?" Then he got more irritated and we could not handle his attitude any longer and we got Up and left, not purchase made. He couldn't wait to get back on his iPad and take care of the next customer like the worthless Customers we were. Very bad customer service, and the store only has 3 customers at the time we walk in. When we walked in, no one greet us, no sign- in machine. We were invisible to those reps. We waited for 10 min, caught a sales guy Evan, but all we got from him is " No one can help you now, we all are busy". He just kept walking and brush us aside, didn't even have eye contact with us. Wasted 2 hours of our Sunday trying to get a business account set up. The employee helping us clearly had no idea what she was doing and left us sitting out front for 30mins with zero communication. We had no idea what the hold up was and when they couldn't actually set up the account they did absolutely NOTHING to keep our business there. We would have switched to a regular account but they didn't even offer that after 2 hours of sitting. None of the other employees could be bothered to come help us out either. Staff needs to be trained and a manager should be on the floor to help in these situations read more

I was so frustrated when I walked in, people on the phone had been helping but I needed physical assistance.... Geavon helped me and was a God sent!! Incredible attitude, amazingly patient with an "OldGuy" He knows what to do in fixing problems and does it!! Honestly one of those people you never want to loose, great candidate for leadership! I was in another city and had issues with my apple watch and the Verizon store that I took it was was great. He went over my account and told me that my watch and my mini iPad were not covered. When it was sold to me it was such a wordless transaction and it was never offered. i hate the store at 95th and Quivira becasue it is poorly run in my opinion. Shame. The customer service at the Verizon store on 95th leaves something to be desired. I went in with a very simple request, which turned into a fiasco. During the 4+ hours it took me to sort out the problem which Verizon caused, the staff there actually instructed me to walk over to the nearby Sprint store multiple times (on my own) to solve the problem that they, Verizon, created! Eventually, after sending me (for the third time) out into the rain to the nearby Sprint store, the Verizon store closed, leaving me with no resolution whatsoever. Sprint ultimately solved my problem, and for that I am very grateful, but I would not however recommend the Verizon in the same strip mall. read more

No one there has the skills to find proper solutions. 3 different people tried to help. All of them kept passing the buck and after a while just seemed dis interested . Well the buck was passed to me, I had no other choice while being led on a wild goose chase that has taken me over 2 weeks to get my new phone activated. Beautiful brand new store, and that's really the only upside. Came in at 2pm on a Tuesday and watched as 4 people with iPads "checked in" customers and only one employee actually helped customers with their issues. Seriously? You have 5 people on the floor and only one can actually do something other than try to sell you more electronics?! I should work for Verizon! Apparently you can get paid to stand around with an iPad and stare dumbly at waiting guests. I'm not even sure sitting around is worth my phone upgrade anymore. If your going to the store for service (not to buy) be prepared to wait ( ~hours~ ), take a book to read while you wait. I watched Verizon employees stand there with their arms folded doing NOTHING. I questioned greeter with an I-Pad why couldn't the employees standing with arms folded help me, she said "Oh that our manager he's not qualified to help customers", When I was "finally" helped, I discovered when I got home my issue (unrecognizable SN Card) came back. I rec'd that error when I purchased my cell phone from Wheldon & he said "I think it will go away". Folks there is more than one choice for cell phone service. Worst service at this store PERIOD! This store is solely interested in sales only and they will lie to you to get your business. Buyer beware of Cody Boos who is now at the Lee's Summit location! The reviews of this location are correct - the people stand around with their arms folded and if you ask anyone for help, they don't know anything or try to help - they are only interested in selling you something and things you don't need. I've been trying to get an overcharge issue resolved for a year. I've been into this store 4 times for assistance. Not once could they help. They actually told me to call the salesperson, Cody. I called Cody on 10/1. He sent a text message stating he would call the next day. He never called. I sent him a text message on 10/4. He didn't respond. While I was at this store on 10/1 I asked to speak to the manager, and Marie returned. There is no way this lady is a manager. She didn't listen to what I was telling her and she didn't look at the notes on my account based on the 9/26 call I had with Verizon customer service (45 minute phone call). I asked to speak to her manager and she said he was at lunch. I asked when he would return and she said she would check. Instead she was a coward, went to the back, and wouldn't come back out to me. I asked someone to ask her to come back out and she wouldn't. They called the salesperson, Cody, and then told me I needed to call him. Very unprofessional. Today I called Verizon customer service and after being on the phone for 1 hour and 45 minutes the issue was resolved. I stood (no chairs, reading material, etc. available in the waiting area of this Spartan facility) until I could no longer stand. During that time, not one of the employees loitering in the "service area" even asked why I happened to be standing in their waiting area for such a prolonged period of time.
