I'm no shining star or anyone else special but I unfortunately after being in customer service all my life that after growing up on a farm in Oregon and learning what a belt was really for and waking up at 3am ment WAKING UP AT 3AM! But i learned today that Verizon and I speak for the corporate schmucks that are well u know. Anyway i found out that I've been charged for the last 6 months for a phone, a number and an account i have never had or will ever have. My fault as a 60 year old single man we miss things or have brain farts or are just male. Well after 1-1/2 hours on the phone with a Verizon so called supervisor? Nothing. Her best advice was to call the fraud line. So let me ask you this, if you buy a new car under warranty and u go into the dealership the advisor doesn't tell u that you need to take it up with the manufacturer, unless it's Hyundai of La Quinta buys that's another book. Anyway I went into my local Palm Desert B of A deposited $220 and the gentleman gave me the number to call to bring this robbery to an end. Let me say this, ATT gave me not only the time of day but instructions on exactly what when and where to handle this Verizon big corp scheme! And after 1 call to B of A fraud dept call , and the gall was from Tennessee, assured I'll never loose a cent to Verizon and will be getting my almost $600 back! This review is in regards to Veronica, one of the representatives at the store. I've been to this Verizon numerous time before, and every time Veronica "assists" me, there's always an issue. When the red iPhone came out, I decided to upgrade and Veronica was the one who helped me. There were a few issues with her service, but nothing to go home furious about. Then around an hour after I left, I noticed that I was getting text messages that didn't make sense. Veronica had SWAPED the numbers for my sister's phone and my phone! We went to a different location and had them fix the problem, but this still left a bad taste in our mouths. This particular Verizon offers a plan where you pay a flat amount and get your screen protector replacements for free. Around two years ago, I purchased two of these plans, one for myself and one for my younger sister. Both my sister and I have had our screen protectors replaced without any issue in the past. Today, my sister and I went to the store to get her screen protector replaced again. This time, Veronica was there.. by herself. When Veronica looked up the plan, she insisted that my sister did not have the screen protector replacement plan. When she was told otherwise, she started rolling her eyes and being rude. At one point, Veronica SNATCHED the phone from my sister's hands while saying "Give me that!" My little sister and I kept telling her to give the phone back, but she repeatedly said "No." Veronica said that she would give my sister the replacement "this one time for free" but here's the issue, it's not free! I've paid for it! Veronica would be giving me something that I have paid for. We ended up leaving WITHOUT my sister's screen protector, and on our way out Veronica said "Buhbye!!!" with an attitude. The entire experience makes me disgusted. I don't even want to go back to this location. Veronica gave me with the worst disrespect and didn't even help me with what I need! My advice is go to a different Verizon, or at least ask for a different representative. Veronica will most likely NOT help you. read more

Went to Verizon to get two phones to place in service. I wanted the same phones​ for my wife and me. They only had one...but sent me to another​ Verizon (Mind you I thought all Verizon worked out of the same business. Got to the​ other Verizon and theydidn't​t have the same phone either. Long story short. I have been having problems with non-connections and dropped calls and some dumbass advertising that keeps poppng up on my phones. I went to Verizon in Palm Desert and they told me that I have inferior phones and an inferior Verizon Plan. So my question is...why the hell did you (THEY) sell me inferior products. Now they want me to buy upgraded phones t a much bigger price. I will stop service at the end of the plan and throw these damn phones away and go with someone else. Wow! I turned in my iPhone on Oct. 2, 2013. I was ecstatic with the service provided to me by Rob Grace. He demonstrated the various features of the Samsung Galaxy 3 and he was able to answer all the questions I had as I compared features between the iPhone 4s and the Samsung Galaxy 3. The ability to not have to change keyboards to obtain numbers when using numbers with letters is great, as well as the "smartness" of the phone to drag you fingers over the keys to create the text, vs. typing individual characters. I was more than delighted when he shared some of the trade-in benefits I would receive. I purchased a Otter Box phone protector, and the LG Tone HBS-730 for my headset. Both work really well. What is nice about the headset is that the person you are speaking with does not hear background noise. Rob was patient and he stayed late to complete the transfer of my contacts to the new phone. He explained the contract, the new offerings of insurance coverage, and ensured the data plan was adequate to the way I work. I live with my phone for my business and transactions. I found it awesome that Rob was able to setup my two email accounts that I work with the most. The Samsung Galaxy 3 is working like a gem. I am still learning some of the unique features but I really love the feel of it and how it works. If you are looking for a phone, head to Verizon Wireless and ask for Rob Grace. I wanted recognize the rep who helped us named Alec. We ordered iPhone 5's but then wanted to exchange for the iPhone 6 when we saw the $200 Verizon trade in promotion. This meant we had to bring back the iPhone 5,activate our old phones, and order the iPhone 6. Through it all Alec was so helpful in answering all of our questions and explaining the details to us. read more

My wife and I recently purchased new iphones from this store. Tyler (manager) was outstandingly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He had answers to all our questions and clearly explained our options and billing. We had his full attention from beginning to end. A day or two later we had more questions about our data plan cutover. We stopped in unannounced and Veronica (sales) helped us immediately. She was extremely knowledgeable about phone features and had us on our way in short order. What she did not know she had a Verizon rep tell us via landline (great customer service network). This store and its personnel have been our best cell phone store experience ever, including other Verizon stores. read more

I had trouble with AT&T's service in some of my frequently traveled areas so I decided to investigate various cell services. After much research, I settled on Verizon and headed over to the mall. I worked with Tyler at GoWireless, and he made the changeover very easy. I was amazed at how easy it was for Tyler to multi-task - dealing with more than one customer with different issues, Verizon phone agents, and online porting tasks. Tyler is very patient and has a very nice demeanor. So far so good with the phone service as well. Thank you Tyler. read more

This used to be an actual Verizon store. IT IS NOT NOW, EVEN IF IT CARRIES THE VERIZON LOGO. BE WARNED. They are an independent, third party, retailer. Their contracts and services are NOT the same a Verizon's, if you are expecting them to be the same. I am pissed because I feel like I was duped into buying and signing their contract, thinking that it was Verizon. They charge a $20 'device set-up fee' that the real Verizon outlet would not charge. They charge a $50 restocking fee for a smart phone. A Verizon outlet will not charge a restocking fee if the phone was faulty. I received great service from Alec but he did not make it clear that they were not an Verizon store. I was looking for a phone charger and he gave me something white and clunky. I asked for the ones that Verizon usually sells that say 'Verizon'. He did not say that they do not carry those because they are not a Verizon store. He push it by saying this is what Apple sells for car chargers. This is bad representation Verizon. GET A CLUE. read more
