New apple cell was not very easy to use. So took back new apple phone 3 hrs. later.. Was told they can not take back. I said your return policy on receipt says 14 days . I only had it for 3 hrs. Just want to pay to go back to my old apple service cell . if you charge me a restocking fee that's fine. New apple cell not user friendly any way. So already canceled charge with American express told me to return it tomorrow let them know there not getting paid. Will see what happened on Sunday afternoon. Do the math T mobile 120.00 per month for 10 years of service. I have other services to Providers. More people need to stand up to these company's that don't owner there return policy's. Location store on vista chino. Next to dollar tree store.

When I got my second phone the service lady spent almost two hours porting all my data from the old to the new phone. Recently I had a problem as my phone had locked with a pin. I have never set a pin..Natale was on duty and unlocked my phone in seconds. I had set a pin for an app and evidently sometimes when this is done it deletes the phone's settings. She reset the settings and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I will always go back to this store for a new phone and service.

    Monday, September 15th a man named Nicky called me claiming he was assigned my business Verizon…read moreaccount. We set up an appointment to look over my account and see how it could be improved. I met him at the store located at 5001 E. Ramon Rd. He claimed there was a special happening in which Verizon was gifting me a new Modem that was faster then the one I had and I would only be responsible to pay for the sales tax. I believed him even though I did not need a new modem. He did fix a few issues with my phone and I trusted him. It was a SCAM! I have been attempting to get hold of him for months. I have called Verizon customer service repeatedly without any success. I am being billed monthly for a device that has a payoff figure of $388 that I only agreed to because it was suppose to improve my speed (which is does not) and was FREE! This is how you lose a customer whom has been with your company for over 6 years. If you are a business owner and fell for this same scam, please reach out to me. I will be seeking a class action lawsuit against Verizon. Spectrum, each year, has come to my store asking me to switch. They have offered me some really good deals and each time I have been loyal to Verizon. I am so disgusted and saddened by what you did Nicky. I hope the "commission" was worth a long term customer.

Anyway i found out that I've been charged for the last 6 months for a phone, a number and an account i have never had or will ever have. My fault as a 60 year old single man we miss things or have brain farts or are just male. Well after 1-1/2 hours on the phone with a Verizon so called supervisor? Nothing. Her best advice was to call the fraud line. So let me ask you this, if you buy a new car under warranty and u go into the dealership the advisor doesn't tell u that you need to take it up with the manufacturer, unless it's Hyundai of La Quinta buys that's another book. Anyway I went into my local Palm Desert B of A deposited $220 and the gentleman gave me the number to call to bring this robbery to an end. Let me say this, ATT gave me not only the time of day but instructions on exactly what when and where to handle this Verizon big corp scheme! And after 1 call to B of A fraud dept call , and the gall was from Tennessee, assured I'll never loose a cent to Verizon and will be getting my almost $600 back!     This review is in regards to Veronica, one of the representatives at the store. I've been to this…read moreVerizon numerous time before, and every time Veronica "assists" me, there's always an issue. When the red iPhone came out, I decided to upgrade and Veronica was the one who helped me. There were a few issues with her service, but nothing to go home furious about. Then around an hour after I left, I noticed that I was getting text messages that didn't make sense. Veronica had SWAPED the numbers for my sister's phone and my phone! We went to a different location and had them fix the problem, but this still left a bad taste in our mouths. This particular Verizon offers a plan where you pay a flat amount and get your screen protector replacements for free. Around two years ago, I purchased two of these plans, one for myself and one for my younger sister. Both my sister and I have had our screen protectors replaced without any issue in the past. Today, my sister and I went to the store to get her screen protector replaced again. This time, Veronica was there.. by herself. When Veronica looked up the plan, she insisted that my sister did not have the screen protector replacement plan. When she was told otherwise, she started rolling her eyes and being rude. At one point, Veronica SNATCHED the phone from my sister's hands while saying "Give me that!" My little sister and I kept telling her to give the phone back, but she repeatedly said "No." Veronica said that she would give my sister the replacement "this one time for free" but here's the issue, it's not free! I've paid for it! Veronica would be giving me something that I have paid for. We ended up leaving WITHOUT my sister's screen protector, and on our way out Veronica said "Buhbye!!!" with an attitude. The entire experience makes me disgusted. I don't even want to go back to this location. Veronica gave me with the worst disrespect and didn't even help me with what I need! My advice is go to a different Verizon, or at least ask for a different representative. Veronica will most likely NOT help you.
