I went in for a simple insurance issue and was told my "Total Mobile Protection Plan" didn't cover a new phone and I had to pay a deductible. This was false. I called the Verizon help center and my insurance DOES cover hardware issues out of my control, and what do you know there is no deductible to pay. Your staff were trying to get my to spend money and were so rude about actually trying to help me. Also the men I spoke with at this store should all be wearing their masks FULLY and not just covering their mouths. The men I talked to kept removing their mask in front of me. If you really care about your customers, public safety and health, you would enforce proper mask protocol for your employees at all times! read more

I have used this store for decades; however, twice in the last two years, two salesmen have been dishonest. The salesman said I was buying a brand new phone. When it quit working 20 months later, another salesman said it read "used" in the system. Recently, a quote was not honored and even the manager defended the salesman by saying "You signed a contract." Don't assume that what you are told is the bottom line. Double-check for additional charges. My flip phone was disconnected but when I would not pay an add on fee, they said they couldn't reverse the disconnection. I left without a working phone. Also, THE STORE IN LEVIS COMMONS IS NOT A VERIZON store. The $536 phone that did not last even two years could not be traded in at another VERIZON store because they said this store is a third party company that uses Verizon service. Walked into the store to find out why am being charged a charge and I should not be charged. I have never in my life felt like I was more guilty after someone told me it was an employee's fault. Last weekend, my husband wanted to upgrade his phone. We came to this store and after a lengthy wait was able to be taken care of. He asked how much they would give him for his old phone (iphone 5s) They told him $200 and a "free" ipad. When we declined the ipad (we already have one) then they said well we can only give you $87. I'm not a genius, but that doesn't add up to me. And the guy got real condescending to me and said "I don't know of anyone who wouldn't take something for free" yeah free, right! My husband asked if he could have all of his info switched to the new phone. The guy couldn't do it at that time because my husband could not remember his password to shut off the find my phone app. He told us if we could go home and get it turned off just bring it back and they could do that for him. Wellllll, Mother's Day, he stopped in and was surprised that they weren't packed. He asked them if they could switch his info. He said they acted as if he had asked them for the world. He came home with a post it note upon which they wrote how to log into itunes and plug his phone in and do it himself!! We have an ipad, not a PC! No USB PORT! I am thinking of switching carriers. I have been with Verizon from the begining. (We started with Nextel) Not happy about their customer service in the store. Almost as if you are not a customer, but a pest. read more

Racial Profiling at it's Finest!! Do not shop here!! My wife took my niece and nephew (who are Peruvian) to this location and ask an employee (Dan) if they could look at an iPhone and we're completely blown off. He was rude, told them he didn't have the time to unlock the case to show them the phone, and refused to even tell them any information about the phone.
