I was told my watch cellular plan would be $10/month not $15/month and that my phone plan would be updated to the Go5g Plan from the old Magenta plan for $20/month, not $40/month. With both of these misquotes, I am now paying an extra $25/month for my bill. Customer service was unable to rectify these issues for me, even after escalating to supervisors, and told me to have the store location that misquoted me handle it. I have had to call this location SO many times trying to get assistance and was told every time that the manager Steve was not there and they'd leave a message for him -- multiple different employees said this and when I showed up in person since no one was calling me back, Steve told me no one ever gave him the messages. I was told that I would get a monthly RECURRING adjustment on my bill of $25/month because of the mishap, and have had to call/show up multiple times to get this credit and have only gotten it less than a handful of times. I am done chasing around people who don't know how to do their jobs. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other T-Mobile location unless you want your bill messed up.
