They charged me over $400. of product that didn't work!!! I returned product only 1 guy working the entire store & he couldnt help me w/the return. ! I'd give it a 0 if I could. sold me package, try to get charges corrected. after i spent over 30 hours with this store and on the phone with verizon still being charged $600 for phone that was returned and service that was cancelled. No place to escalate issue no response from anyone. tried asking for area manager to return my call, no response, rude insisting they had made no mistake, verizon insisting the store had done the data entry incorrectly. New policy is even if you purchase the phone from this location they will charge you a $40 fee to transfer your old phone to the new phone. I brought in my new phone after my flip phone was replaced with a "manufacture warranty" and was told in order to transfer data it would be $40. This is not cool Verizon, not cool at all. The sales rep Colben was very rude and did not want to help or give any advice. I would suggest getting some friendly staff with some motivation who is willing to get up from a chair. read more

I'm disenchanted by the service provided. I originally went into the store to upgrade/trade my iPhone 7 Plus for an eight-plus where there were going to give me a $200 credit for trading in my phone. Four days later (after returning from a trip), I traded my 8 Plus for the XR because they were the same price. Cisco was the one to help me and informed me to call customer service so they can honor the $200 credit. Little did I know that the promotion was no longer valid AND the promotion was for the other X models and not for the XR. First, I'm disappointed over the fact that no one tried to inform me of the different options of iPhones. Second, I'm disappointed that Cisco pawned me off to customer service where I had to spend two days, both over an hour to receive my $200 credit. Excellent customer service would've have been to A, inform me of the different options that were available for my trade-in. B, Cisco should've called customer service while I was in the store to ensure the credit would apply to my bill. Instead, I felt the associate was lazy and not attentive. This is one of many reasons why I'm not a fan of Verizon retail stores. read more

All anyone can hope for in a digital world is great customer service so take my advice and stay away from this outfit. My store is in Enchanted Hills. I purchased a new iphone 11, case and screen cover. After several days of getting acquainted with phone I noticed a crack in the screen. After returning promptly they denied me a refund when it is stated they issue refund on defective accessories--however, the caveat being, I should have received a disclaimer to their refund policy which I did not! I had to apply for a credit through my credit card because of these sleazy tactics. The complaints on Google about this company are numerous. They assume that their customers are either liars or irresponsible and this was from one of the guys who works for them. read more

Do not use ANY Go Wireless stores. We having had problems with this Go Wireless in the past. They are not interested in helping solve any problems. All they want to do is sell you a new phone. On Sunday November 29th we went to the store on NM 528 in Rio Rancho with our iPhone 6 which had a bad battery. We were misinformed and told that the battery could not be replaced and we bought a new iPhone for $609. We found out the next day that the battery could indeed be replaced. I went back to the store to get our old phone back and return the new one. We were told that it had been sent out and could not get it back. Since we were misinformed in the first place, I think we may have been lied to about getting our phone back. I asked to speak to the manager of that store (Samuel Hayes) and was told he was busy and would call me later. He has not. If I had known when we bought the phone that this store which was previously a Verizon corporate store was now a go wireless, I would not have gone there. read more

Cody H, was our sales associate in this whole process, not only was this the best experience I 've ever had in a store like this. He was knowledgeable in the products and broke everything down for us on paper. He is an awesome sales associate he could of sold the air to me if he could but he didn't. He listened,in regards to what we needed and what wasn't needed. He is definitely someone I would go to over and over again. Trustworthiness and honesty go far in my book, and this young man has it.. Be aware that this is NOT a Verizon outlet. This establishment is a contracted retailer. I have been a Verizon customer for almost a decade. My phones have been out of contract for over a year now, but have always loved the customer service I receive from Verizon, so I kept the phones. I visited this location to explore my options to upgrade my phone. Two reps were working, Cody and Josh. Cody was very nice, but busy with another customer. He made an effort to assist, but the questions we had needed more attention. Josh proceeded to assist another person that came in after us (to be fair, probably he felt we were Cody's customers). Cody finally had to instruct him to "help" us. After discussing a few options, Josh informed me that I had to wait until the end of my billing cycle (three weeks out) to upgrade my phone. What?! When I asked him how long it would take to turn off my phones and take my service elsewhere, he told me "you can do that today, but you will be leaving excellent customer service". I told him that was not what I was receiving from him. I then made the statement "you would rather lose a customer than do an upgrade on an out of contract phone?" He told me he didn't have the authority to override the decision, but that I could probably speak with a district office. Lo and behold, I called Verizon customer service today and guess what? I can get my upgrade today, keep my cost the same, leave the second phone on a month to month, and Verizon gets to keep a satisfied customer. Avoid this place and look for accessories on Amazon! read more
