Additionally, several aisles are completed behind locked shelves. While I am not against the lockers for product protection, the wait is usually around 10-15 minutes from pressing the button to receiving help. And more often than not, it seems like the worker stumbled across you waiting rather than being called to assist you. The self-checkout has a maximum of 10 items (which is understandable to keep them fast), but there is only ever 1 manned register lane open. It creates significant traffic at the entrance/exit of the store. All this hoopla makes you think ordering online for pickup would be easier- but that is not the case. Many times the orders take far longer than the provided 2-hour window even for a circle+ member. I have ordered at 11am to receive my pickup notification at 7:30pm. Often the items I receive from an online order are subpar quality or even expired. This has been the case for fruits, produce, and even hand soaps/shampoos. Their storage must not be well-kept as I've received moldy/separated/off-smelling products. Entirely underwhelming, and would recommend any other target in the Albuquerque area.

He went beyond normal service and looked far and wide for a new mother board. The Jackery had been dropped. I think he has a $60 fee just to open up a piece and diagnose it. I gave him $25 as a deposit. He could not repair it and did not charge me the balance of the diagnostic. This man embodies American values and fairness and good will. His shop is unassuming and could use a facelift on the front door, but the human experience was fine.

Best Buy's customer service department over the phone is incompetent and do not listen to anything that you say and you will be bounced around over and over again. Because they were the only guaranteed O2 functioning watch carrying retailer. 2 years later, the watch called 911 when I was in a serious motorcycle accident. The watch died. The face and crystal shattered. I landed kinda on my watch, kinda on my helmet, mostly on the armor... The O2 ban was in strong effect, which could have been the end for me. With a terminal lung disease, that watch is my "should I put my oxygen on " lifeline. I explained my situation to the person who helped me. They empathized (without apologizing... seriously, if you know someone that's dying, don't apologize unless you are the reason!) She explained the situation to me, I understood: probably no functioning O2, for the foreseeable future. Watch got back early. Their no fix policy on broken watch faces had me a little sad. I charged it on the ride home, put it on, and absently checked my O2. This store, and Apple, went the extra mile to find a visible replacement, a pre ban manufactured ultra 2. My oxygen was at 94. THAT. The extra for a customer whose life would have been severely affected, and whose lifetime income generation CANNOT exceed 9,000, because of simple known life expectancy. That is the above and beyond that landed 5 solid stars, a lifetime brand loyal customer, and a recommendation from a person who spent 25 years in the infotech, infosec, and cybersecurity sectors.
