Well early that morning a large group rushed the front doors (Apple only had a few security on staff which was no match). Needless to say they couldn't put everyone back in line properly and I found myself at least 200 persons back. I still waiting till the morning, they then started passing out tickets, TOO LATE FOR THAT, THE LINE WAS FALTERED! I waited till close to 10AM when I was finally notified with less than 30-people in front of me that the phones were all gone!!!! I went home like a civilized person, wrote a letter to Apple, AND OF COURSE NO REPLY, told them my story, even included a copy of my line ticket. Finally I decided to order my phone online on 9/27/2014, by chance today I figured I'd check the status of my order "IT HAD BEEN CANCELED BY APPLE!!!" Are you serious, not an E-mail or call... NOTHING I called and spoke with a gal by the name of Sandra who ensured me that she would do whatever it took to help me get my place back in line so I would not have to resubmit an order and wait an other 3-4 weeks!!! NOTHING WAS NOTED IN THE SYSTEM AS TO WHY THE ORDER WAS CANCELED. I OWN THE FOLLOWING APPLE PRODUCTS: 1. Iphone 1 (couple of those, we don't sell our used phones). 2. It's amazing how being well mannered and civilized gets you, well I guess I shouldn't expect anything different. But in the event Apple actually reads my review I certainly will make it my business to show up at the next launch well prepared to be the first in line so I can get the interviews from all the NEWS channels and tell them about my story in a year or two when the Iphone 7 launches. We had free Disney+ and Hulu and ESPN+ on an old plan and we understood that would end on the new plan but we could still get it as an add-on perk for $10/month. However, when we got home and tried to change to the new add-on perk, Verizon emailed us that this deal was not allowed where we live due to some weird state law. Spent two hours on the phone with CS, they couldn't do anything. Wife went back to the store today, spent another 90 minutes trying to resolve it with someone other than Luis, still couldn't help us. We are just out of luck, apparently. We can't possibly be the only ones trying to add that perk where we live. Verizon knew this was an issue and they still advertised it. Might've stuck with our cheaper previous plan if we had know this was going to turn into a thing.

I don't feel happy with picking it up after dropping it off to a professional business who receives money from customers claims (and having to pay the service fee isn't cheep $100). Turn in a laptop to be repaired you would expect small things like wiping off your dirty hand prints after working on it. but since that service cost as a cleaning! So remember that you don't pay for a clean laptop just to have it work. No call to let me know it was ready, just by chance checked the status of my repair in Verizon's Asurion's website. I wouldn't take my money here if it wasn't the only choice that was available in Albuquerque that Verizon can use. To me it's gross! Getting it back like this because I didn't turn it in like that so I expected at least the same amount of cleanliness, but when I called to ask why it wasn't at least wiped off, I'm told that's a cleaning and not part of the process for the issue.
