Luckily I wasn't seriously injured but sparks flew and my outlet was fried. I go in to the Rome store today to ask for a new block and they want to charge me $10 extra dollars because the block I purchased they no longer carry and the new one is more money. I explained that I wasn't looking to make money on this ordeal, I just wanted a new block. I explained to Dion the "manager" that me paying anything extra wasn't good enough since your product was defective. I asked him if this $10 was really worth a bad review, that's when he lost his mind and got all tough guy. Sorry man, but this is a customer just trying to get whole, not get ahead. Throwing hundreds of dollars out the window to save the company $10, really! I don't care what AT&T policy states, you must have common sense to fix situations like this. The fact that he lost his composure and acted the way he did is crazy to me. Be better AT&T! Back your products and make common sense decisions to customers who have been loyal to you. Not a store or a company you should support

Stuff like this should be taken accountable and if you're the "manager" you should be professional, calm, and not be given a customer attitude. He looked at us weird since we first walked in like he was some type of racist and colorist. Please hire better managers/staff. We went into the Turner McCall store on 4 January and placed our order. Johnathan was very professional and helpful in answering our questions and placing the order since the Alcatel model we wanted was not in stock. He advised us that the phone was on back-order and would not be shipped to our house until mid-February to sometime in March. Much to our surprise it arrived by UPS on 11 Jan. I don't know if I got fat fingered during the setup of the phone or what happened, but somehow the SIM card PIN became locked and I could not access the cellular network to complete the activation. I could connect to my WiFi with no problem. I tried doing a factory reset on the phone but the end result was the prompt on the screen indicated that I had to call customer service at T-Mobile to try and correct the problem I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with a tech rep with no success and was advised to return to the store for a new SIM card. The store is very close to the house so I zipped right over. I am sorry I did not get the young man's name that helped me, but within a matter of minutes he had the old SIM out and a new card installed. He completed the activation for me very quickly and I was on my way with no additional charges. The folks in that store are very helpful and all professional. The store is very clean and well laid out and I might add that if you go in during the freezing cold of winter, you should be comfortable in beach attire while there. It is cozy, but feel free to take off your heavy jackets before you go in. The service was perfect and I am happy to do business with them and to have received their expert support.

I'm giving them a one star rating because communication with the client is terrible…read more Skill set is average. I dropped off my laptop for repair after water spilled on it. The only time I received an update on the repair work (30 days) was if I called. I work from home and my expectation was 7-10 business days. Normally, when I called the answer was "the tech will call you". When Jeremy (tech and manager) discussed communication he stated "I don't call because there is nothing to update you on". I took this to mean your laptop is sitting and I'm not working on it. When my laptop was returned the upper right corner is bent and the screen has a crack. I'll drive to Atlanta or Cartersville for any future repair.
