The only time I received an update on the repair work (30 days) was if I called. I work from home and my expectation was 7-10 business days. Normally, when I called the answer was "the tech will call you". When Jeremy (tech and manager) discussed communication he stated "I don't call because there is nothing to update you on". I took this to mean your laptop is sitting and I'm not working on it. When my laptop was returned the upper right corner is bent and the screen has a crack. I'll drive to Atlanta or Cartersville for any future repair.

I go in to the Rome store today to ask for a new block and they want to charge me $10 extra dollars because the block I purchased they no longer carry and the new one is more money. I explained that I wasn't looking to make money on this ordeal, I just wanted a new block. I explained to Dion the "manager" that me paying anything extra wasn't good enough since your product was defective.
