This Verizon store is seriously a hidden gem. Matthew and Allister are incredible human beings who genuinely care about their customers and look out for your best interests instead of just trying to sell you random stuff. They gave honest advice about what I actually wanted, needed, and should have for my new phone, watch, and tablet setup. The Verizon Home Internet was also an absolute steal. I've been paying over $100 for years on fiber "2GB" plans, only to run speed tests and barely get 300 Mbps or less. Meanwhile, Verizon's internet has consistently been faster than my fiber service, it's only $65/month, AND it came with Netflix included. I'm saving a ton of money while getting better performance. Huge shoutout again to Matthew and Allister for making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Oh, and the wait time was basically nonexistent compared to some other Verizon stores I've visited. Today all I needed to do was make a $7 cash payment. There was only one employee working and one other customer in the store when I arrived.. I was greeted promptly and asked what help I needed. I mentioned that I was there to make a quick cash payment. There wasn't a payment kiosk, so I was forced to wait. I waited 10 minutes for the next place in line, just to be told that my account didn't exist when he tried to look it up. He was finally able to find it on a tablet, which he then asked for my account PIN. Rather than having me enter it myself for privacy, I had to say it out loud for the room to hear. What's the point of a security PIN if I'm announcing it out loud? I wouldn't do that at the bank, any other store or at an ATM?! After this now 15 minute long process I was told he was not able to accept cash payments and I would need to go to an actual Verizon store... ‍ So because my initial statement was ignored, I was forced to waste now 40 minutes total of my day driving to another location , just to make a payment. Talk about infuriatingly horrible service!!! I will NEVER step foot in this location again. I'm already missing my AT&T account. read more

Pathetic. Employee needed to call for assistance more than twice and ultimately left it with requiring me to customer service. I will never call their pathetic customer service in India (one they are fully aware is horrible). Rather than do that, I signed up with another carrier in less than 15 minutes. Update-1/29/2021 I sent an email that was given from the owner and no one ever responded back. ************** I am writing this review to help other customers avoid any problems I have experienced with this store. There was a 2 hour wait for assistance at a Verizon store, so I decided to go to Go Wireless to see if they could help. If I knew how much time and stress that this store has put me through I would have gladly waited 2 hours or more for someone at the Verizon store. I would avoid this store and any Go Wireless store if possible. Nick at Go Wireless ordered a phone under my account without my authorization. I did not sign, pay or authorize him to do this. I tell him to cancel the order and he says it is done. I still see the order in my account and it was not cancelled. He did not tell me this until I contacted him and he did not mention if I cancel the order I would lose out on a promotion that was offered to me. Why would I want to order a phone through this store after what they just did? I would rather lose the promotion than give this store any credit. Who knows what this store does to other customers behind their backs. This took me over a week to cancel an order that I did not authorize. Please avoid this store at all costs. They just care about getting a sale from you and don't share any information with you that you need to know. read more

Stopped in for a new phone and some complicated mobile phone hand-me-down gymnastics as my three kids were swapping phones, and we received tremendous service. They even ran out to a different store to pick up another phone because the one we wanted was out of stock. Seriously, they went above and beyond in terms of customer service. read more

A complete waste of 30 minutes - Stepping in here is Like stepping into a car lot. Way too chatty reps - 5 minutes of unnecessary small talk even after we told them the exact phone we wanted. Guy keeps chatting - wasting more time - Then they try and sell us a different phone. Lordy and to top it off they are charging $100 more than best buy. I had terrible customer experience there. I tried to cancel an order because it was taking three times as long than they said it would take and I needed a phone sooner. The kid that was helping me would not cancel the order despite asking 3 times over two days. I finally had to walk into the store and ask a nicer woman to do it.
