Don't use Verizon home internet...got scammed by the sales person saying my home is in a qualifying location and after a year or so of issues realized they entered a random address and I've been paying full price for limited coverage and now I'm being told if I am not happy with the limited service to cancel the service... no apologies, no let me try to make things right... just take it or leave it.... The women who's name starts with a J was so attentive and kind we left not believing the experience we just had. Plus all the promontianal freebies a plys. Today, I needed help getting my new iPad Pto operational with cellular & WI FI service. I had called this store a few days ago with questions and Freddy helped me, so I went to his store. Freddy was there, along with another nice young man, and Freddy TOTALLY HELPED ME! It hardly took any time! He knew exactly what to do! I will go back here most definitely. Todd helped me out with finding the best option for me to save me money and get the best phone for least amount of money. I didn't feel like I was pressured into buying anything at all like i normally feel when i go into a Verizon store. Mike B from GoWireless pretty much moved heaven, hell and earth to help me with starting a new line. I walked into the store with Mike B helping two customers at the same time and he was also asking me questions. I was more than happy to wait because I was still deciding what I wanted. Mike B even went above and beyond to help the customer in front of me find the golden Utah phone number that she wanted. I originally started an application and ended up wanting to hold off, then decided to just go ahead and Mike B very patiently started a new application, helped me with setting up my new phone and was a great listener during the whole process. Never once was I upset or felt I wasn't getting the best customer service he could provide. At the end of the day I was confused and just wanted the day to be done. Mike B made my experience as a new Verizon customer amazing and I am extremely grateful that he put up with my situation and helped me get the best line that I could. I am a happy Verizon customer and will be referring Verizon to friends and family. Especially to Mike B at the Brickyard location!! read more

I was promised something that was not received. I started to get emails about the change in my plan which I never agreed to. I called to fix it and the manager Brent was no longer employed. They said the only way to fix it is to come in and see the new manager, which I couldn't understand why she couldn't help me over the phone with Verizon on the line with me. They are crooks! The depth of their deceitfulness is never ending. Buyer beware!!! read more

Went in to pay my bill. Rep. talked me into getting a tablet with a running promotion. He assured me that the store was a corporate Verizon store. (It isn't- so they don't have to follow the same regulations) I was skittish and concerned about my bill going up. He told me not to bother with the insurance. He said it was redundant because the tablet would be 100% covered by the manufacturer warranty. No reason to add additional fees on my bill. I was worried about it breaking- so I asked if they had any cases for them. He told me that they were out of stock for that particular tablet size- but not to worry. These things are made tough and breaking it would be very unlikely. Either way, manufacturer warranty will cover anything that goes wrong. After about 3 months my tablet fell less than one foot from an ottoman onto carpet. The glass front shattered. Contacted Verizon directly and they told me that Go Wireless would need to remedy the situation, because I DIDN'T HAVE INSURANCE and the glass ISN'T COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. Called the store to ask for help. Store manager says he can't/won't do anything about it and that it's my own fault for taking the reps advice. Also- the rep is no longer with the company. Things get heated and he refuses to give me the phone number for the next tier of management then hangs up on me. I found the number myself, called the Go Wireless corporate number and was immediately helped by one of the call center employees, who was polite and concerned with my problem and set to work solving the issue. The business practices of that particular store are extremely predatory. They will literally say anything to get a sale, then won't help you when they are caught in shady deals that they aren't authorized to make to bypass the rules and regulations of an actual Verizon store. I filed formal complaints with Verizon directly, Go Wireless directly and the BBB. Worst customer service experience of my life. read more
