Being a new customer with a $200.00 gift promotion. I thought my first bill will be in March to be paid in April. Come April I was already two month behind with of course a late fee. I call they wave the fee and paid my bill. The customer rep. ask about enrollment in auto pay and save an addition $10.00. So I did gave him my bank information. I though okay I don't have to worry about it. So Fast forward to June my service started to slow down and buffing became a nuisance. So I called again to find out that I again was behind. The rep. for some reason didn't complete my enrollment. Well I talk to another rep. explain everything that happen. This time I was told that they couldn't help me at all. I had two paid the two month and the late fee. I told her I have no problem paying it but can she please wave the late fee and charge me the amount I was told if I set it up for auto pay. I was told she couldn't. I ask about the promotion and she said I didn't qualify because supposedly it states that the customer couldn't fall behind. Well I guess I didn't read the fine print and I wasn't told this in person when I sign up for service. I just finish talking to another rep and he stated again there wasn't anything he could do. He also stated that if I didn't pay the complete bill including the late fee there was going to be another late fee because of the late fee I wasn't going to pay. WOW As for the promotion I guess I'm not receiving it. Okay keep your darn gift card but at least wave the late fee due to that it was your rep. that didn't follow through. I think I'm going to try internet service from the cell company.

And you think you'll wake up with internet haha nope. Then when you call to check on the eta, you hear about how it's the most reliable blah blah blah and it pisses you off more. Battlefield 6 just came out and guess what. No internet. A couple weeks ago, same thing. This is just a dumpster juice of a service. Would not recommend at all. It should damn near be free to use this service. Update*** In case you were wondering if I'm joking or not in my post from 21 hours ago... The internet still isn't working. Still getting the most reliable and faster internet speech and they keep pushing the time that the internet will be on, back by 3 hours. They literally have the worst team ever. Who's fixing the internet? 3rd graders? Anyway Ive called AT&T and I'm switching over to them tomorrow. Btw you can't speak with a representative while the internet is down. So termination isn't possible. Don't know what internet has to do with a phone call when they have their chatters msging 5 msgs back to back because they don't know how to send one detailed msg. Surprisingly I've been paying $115 dollars for this shit internet. At least with at&t it'll be 60 for working internet and faster speeds.

The employees were great and tried their best on several occasions to improve the service with what they had. I received the advertised speed fairly often but it was not stable enough to stream. Latency ranged from the double digits to 500-700ms. I might get 25MB\sec one time and 2MB the next. It was like paying $88 for a tank of gas and only getting 5 gallons, but there was nothing I could do but suck it up and hope for something better next month. Frequent outages were frustrating. Some were brief and some were long but I had them weekly. Rain? Forget it. The slightest rain would result in rain fade and full loss of connectivity until it had passed. It's the norm with line of sight technology but it's aggravating. If you live close to one of their towers you probably wouldn't notice. I was maybe 3 miles away with good signal strength. Don't buy the story that 25 megs won't stream. It's the minimum needed for 4K and more than enough for 1080p unless you have several data hungry devices in the home. I now have 30MB from a local competitor and 4K video streams like water with two computers surfing YouTube. Latency is in the 20's. I give a ton of credit to the employees for trying but the trouble was beyond their reach. I hope RS can get their problems resolved. Competition is healthy.

Cris worked with me to design a Ubiquiti system that fit our needs and budget and made multiple recommendations to make sure our needs were met without inflating cost. He then outfitted our 12,000sq ft warehouse with Wifi, magnetic door locks, complete camera coverage inside and out, and configured our console, switch, and NVR so it was up and running right out of the gate. During all of this we were actively setting up the warehouse with heavy machinery, racks, and workstations and Cris had no problem working with and around us so there was no interruption in our daily operations. His knowledge was invaluable in evaluating products and general IT configuration. He was always on time and stayed in contact regarding re-scheduling when there were multiple roadblocks on our end - like not having a ramp to get the lift outside. I would highly recommend Fusion for any IT installs.

The owner's response was to blame us for supplying the equipment -- despite the fact that cabling and installation was their contracted responsibility. When we pushed back and refused to pay in full for a job that wasn't completed, they retaliated by leaving defamatory reviews on our company's own review pages. This is not a company that stands behind their work or treats customers with any respect. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

This has always been a problem of ours, since we could not just give out the password to every resident in our 50 space park. While some residents got their own satellite internet, we still had others who only wanted to check their email on occasion and Unified Internet has helped us to offer that amenity. The initial survey that David came out and did was quick and easy. He sent us a great synopsis of what needed to be done next and the price for installation. We set up our own J-mounts where he requested and made sure that a basic electrical outlet was nearby. We then ran a Cat-5 cable from the J-mount to the outlet. After that, our work was done. David came in and got everything else set up in one day. The only reason that I am not putting 5 stars, is not necessarily the fault of Unified Internet, but rather the issues we have with providing internet to the entire RV Park. We have very limited bandwidth where our park is located and it was not until after the installation and set up that we realized how much slower our internet became in our office. To be honest, it does cause us some issues, but if you are in an area where limited bandwidth is not an issue, definitely look to Unified Internet for your RV Park Wi-Fi needs. We are now able to offer basic WiFi to all of our residents for a low cost and the best part is, Unified Internet handles everything, including customer service and troubleshooting for those that use the WiFi!

I finally called and got David, the owner, and he helped me. He was very gracious and kind and let me set this up even though I didnt have a Mastercharge or discover card. Apparently they dont take American Express. I had told him I was getting a new mastercard as my current one had been hacked and I closed it. He accepted that and set me up on a promise to pay. Very nice of him to do so. I then realized I had a debit card that could be used and so I did so. I am all set to go now. Oh and by the way, the wifi is quite reliable and fast too.
