We've had a building-wide outage since Thursday morning. It is now Tuesday morning (that is, five days later). About a month ago my internet stopped working and stayed that way for a week straight. I called daily and was given the run around that it is a "server issue and will be fixed soon" but they could never tell me exactly when. I eventually talked to a technician who told me Gigstreem is actively trying to lose NetBlazr customers who were grandfathered into a lower price. That and they just don't care enough to pay for technicians to fix issues so anything that goes wrong takes weeks to fix. After a week of back and forth and no internet I cancelled my service and signed up with another company. The outage started at the start of July and I had paid for a full month of internet so I demanded a refund as the internet didn't work at all after I paid. I was told I would receive one but it never came. I called a dozen times over three weeks and was told "the finance team is working on it". Eventually I gave up and had to file a charge back with my credit card company. This internet provider is completely broken and doesn't care about you in any way. I hate to say it but even comcast is better and I really hate them. Stay far far away from this company.

Also, in order to even charge the phone, the charger port had to be reinforced by electrical tape to allow the charging cable to stay in the charger port and make contact with its elements. What? Insurance? Yah, I had that 360 thing, but my issue, I was told by unsympathetic and numerous call centers was, "not covered" and the ever helpful (not) we're going to assist you by "passing the call to anywhere but our department." But I digress. Fortunately for me right up the street on Garrisonville, is a superior TMobile store. My interactions with Mr. Jordan, Ms. Alia, Mr. Rangel and Mr. Juan were all epically superb. Mr. Jordan assisted me with activation of my new device and made it truly painless. Ms. Alia (new hire) commiserated and offered insites and helpful suggestions and Mr. Rangel I consider my technical advisor he ensured I made sound technical/phone decisions. Mr. Juan was instrumental in helping minimize my stress level over a 2 week period while I waited for my new phone from another Vendor. His customer service skills are second to none. I know. I have spent hours in that store. Their dedication to customer service, product knowledgeability, empathy and teamwork was and is phenomenal. Soooo...if you'd like to be treated like an adult AND you go in to the store acting like an adult, in spite of your frustration with the faceless voices at call center customer support, make sure you support this location.
