    First time visiting this AT&T or any AT&T here in the NCR but, the experience was undoubtedly the…read morebest I've had when dealing with customer service/retail at any store/business, any state, EVER (I've only been to CA and VA but still, everyone else in the hospitality/people business needs to be put in jail or stoned to death compared to the help & knowledge given at this store). Ryan B. was the representative working with me. He displayed composure, tact and discipline while dealing with other unsufferable (I wanted to yell at these bozos for him) clients prior to assisting me. When my time came, he made sure to explain EVERY option I had when it came to upgrading my phone. Additionally, he even assisted with comparing the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro with other competing models, for both the ones AT&T is authorized to carry and 3rd party devices available online. In summary, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. Also, your point of sale system is buggy AT&T and y'all NEED to find a new contract for it cuz whoever has your money now, ain't worth SQUAT.

Ryan and Jason are truly professional and earned my business as I was looking into switching from another cell provider. Not all AT&T stores are alike and my experience with one other was awful. If I had not already dealt with Ryan at the Stafford Marketplace location, I may not have even switched to AT&T. They did not receive the S20 Ultra on the day of release which is why I went to the other store which did have it in stock. In the end, I would rather wait a week or even a year if I had to in order to work with friendly, competent and professional people like Ryan and Jason. They handled everything and I got the phone a few days later so it all worked out. Corporate needs to praise this store and make it the model for other regional stores. The next step for corporate would be to go ten miles south and clean house in that location.

Also, in order to even charge the phone, the charger port had to be reinforced by electrical tape to allow the charging cable to stay in the charger port and make contact with its elements. What? Insurance? Yah, I had that 360 thing, but my issue, I was told by unsympathetic and numerous call centers was, "not covered" and the ever helpful (not) we're going to assist you by "passing the call to anywhere but our department." But I digress. Fortunately for me right up the street on Garrisonville, is a superior TMobile store. My interactions with Mr. Jordan, Ms. Alia, Mr. Rangel and Mr. Juan were all epically superb. Mr. Jordan assisted me with activation of my new device and made it truly painless. Ms. Alia (new hire) commiserated and offered insites and helpful suggestions and Mr. Rangel I consider my technical advisor he ensured I made sound technical/phone decisions. Mr. Juan was instrumental in helping minimize my stress level over a 2 week period while I waited for my new phone from another Vendor. His customer service skills are second to none. I know. I have spent hours in that store. Their dedication to customer service, product knowledgeability, empathy and teamwork was and is phenomenal. Soooo...if you'd like to be treated like an adult AND you go in to the store acting like an adult, in spite of your frustration with the faceless voices at call center customer support, make sure you support this location.     This store is a scam. I had a quote online for a $25 diagnostic for my laptop. When I picked it up…read morethey said it was $52.99. I asked them why it was that much and they said they changed the price. I asked why it's still listed on their website as $25 and they said they haven't changed it. I asked them to honor the quote price and they said that only a manger could make that change. They gave me names of two people with numbers and not one is a manager at that store. They also have old business cards of managers that no longer work there. And to top it off they didn't even let me know what was wrong with my computer that it kept shutting off. They said they would have it done in 24 hours and I had to track them down. The technician said he didn't even do a full diagnostic but I paid the full price, big scam. They have no clue about customer service nor maintaining a business. Update: a manager finally reached out and made things right. He refunded my fee for basically the technicians doing nothing to diagnose my laptop. He attributed the miscommunication due to inexperience employees that did not know any better. Hopefully this will be a lesson learned and training moment for better customer service in the future.
