I got a new iPhone and wanted to switch numbers between the new phone and an older phone. The sales associate told me that it was impossible and couldn't be done for a month at least. I asked him to call customer service because that made no sense and he refused, assuring me that he'd gone through it before and it wasn't possible. I went home. Called AT&T Customer service and the woman over the phone was able to help me without issue. Within 35 minutes I was able to switch the numbers. I would be fine if I hadn't asked him to make a call and him adamantly refusing to do so. Horrible customer service. No desire to go the extra ten feet for the customer let alone the extra mile. read more

Firstly, I didn't realize there was an AT&T located in One Loudoun. When I went in a was immediately attended to by an employee who provided a lot of helpful information. Sales associates were knowledgeable and gave me good deals. AT&T has a deal with HBO max steaming service coming out soon and I was looking to switch over to them as a provider for this benefit. All in all, pleasantly surprised that this store was here and happy with the services they have. read more

Went in to connect my daughters phone when we tried to upgrade. K took awesome care of us and we were in and out in less than ten minutes!

I upgraded my son's phone for his birthday, but sadly, I get easily confused by all the new options and pricing. I called around to find an ATT that didn't have a wait and the one located in One Loudoun was available. Once arriving, we were immediately greeted and escorted to a table. Zeshan was our Retail Sales Consultant and he was nothing short of amazing. He politely answered my gagillion questions with simply and clear answers. He suggested equipment for my son's phone that would increase its durability, including a screen protector, that he happily put on his phone for us with skill and precision that was actually fascinating to watch (but I probably need to get out more). I'll never go to another ATT and I will always call ahead to make sure I get Zeshan again. It was the best ATT experience I have ever had in the 20 (yes...20) years I have been with ATT! If I could, I would give Zeshan 10 stars for his outstanding customer service and professionalism! It's been rare to meet someone as young at his age but carried himself more mature than most adults I have met. In particular to helping me find a phone to trade in to the process of setting up service and migrating all data and important information, he was the most patient, kind, and meticulous in explaining everything I asked without any sense of condescending. AT&T store really trucked gold for hiring this young man who cares more about customers and long-term relationships than making a few bucks. This is the main reason why I'm glad I switched to AT&T today even though I've been with Verizon for a while and they do offer some good deals. However, their customer service both on the phone and in-person have given me more headaches and frustration than relief. I'm so glad Zeshan is in charge of this store and I highly recommend this young man service to anyone, any age! He is very patient to explain and double checking on things for customer like me so I can walk out of the store with comfort knowing my new phone has everything I need. I would strongly recommend AT&T corporate hire more people like Zeshan and retain them with extra bonus, promotional opportunities, and/or higher salary for doing things above and beyond!!! AT&T must be the least ethical worst in admin, billing, tech service and..... I have ever dealt with , ever. In capalbe of transporting lines to from another carrier, sends me promotionary phones I did not order. after numerous hours and hours of hold , they tell me to go to their out let store. Out let store does not accept returns from their online, so I take them to post office. I did not sign a contract however they continue charging my credit card I continue disputing the charges so my cc company gets refunds. Beleive it or not this has been going on for 5 months. finally today my cc company blocks the THEIVES. I hope this helps customers in the future , I wish this much headache for no one. I am willing to email you the noted records. I wished there was any consumer protection organization to place an end to this type practice in abusing the public . I was very disappointed with the customer service here.  Without getting into all the details, I was mislead into a promotion that ended up almost doubling my bill and furthermore, options that I declined (such as insurance) were still added and had to be later removed by calling customer service.  I had to return to the store to resolve the issue, which took almost 2 hours, and eventually involved me switching to a new phone entirely which meant more time wasted logging back into every app.  When I called the store manager to relay my frustrations I was told that nothing could be done and she stood by all of the decisions made by her staff.  The lack of professionalism and extreme waste of time has lost my trust. read more
