This store does not even deserve the 1-star. During my upgrade process, it took more than 2 hours to complete. I came in and told them I was short on time and only had about an hour to spare, but every 5 minutes I was told "5 more minutes". I should have taken that as a warning sign. I was advised that the phone would arrive in 3-days, it actually arrived in 7-8 days. I return to pick it up, only to find out it is the incorrect one. When I brought it up to their attention, the employee mentioned there was "no manager available because they were on PTO, and that I had to go to a "corporate store" to get it fixed. I decide to keep the phone because I cannot wait any longer and during set-up, I find out the number I selected at the store isn't even the number I picked/was assigned. Upgraded 4 lines at an AT&T "authorized retailer." They ordered the wrong iPhone color. My sister-in-law didn't open it, just asked for the correct one--and they want to charge her a $55 restocking fee for their mistake. AT&T corporate says it's the store's problem. The store says "just use it" or "buy a case." Seriously? No exchange. No credit. No accountability. She didn't get what she ordered. It's about principle. TERRIBLE STORE STAY AWAY!!!!!! TERRIBLE MANGER AND EMPLOYEES!!!!! Worst service i have ever experienced!!!!! as a new customer I stopped by in December to transfer my service from another carrier, First they some how had both lines on my plan tied to one phone were unable to setup a separate device for each my lines because they claimed it needed to be corrected by corporate office which took 14 days to fix. also i found out the price they provided me of 128/ month was incorrect and my bill was $200. after weeks of talking to AT&T i was finally able to get everything corrected this Week. read more

I called this store at 571-526-4595 and asked for help accessing voicemail for my 86 y/o friend who just bought outright a $1000 phone. He is of the radio generation and he can't figure this out. Android phones are not the most intuitive- I switched to the iPhone years ago, and now I know why. Anyway, I called the store and explained the sitch, had him on speaker on my phone so we could both hear instructions, the moron (male) on the phone basically said *uh, well, go to google visual voicemail" and I'm like"what"? and he said "well, I don't really know how to explain it to you", in my head I'm like "WTF,O"? This turdball Gen Z'er I'm sure represents his creed well, so it's easy to see these little brats aren't going to get far in their lives with this sort of lame response to a well paying (slightly senile) customer. Upgraded 3 phones end of May. One of the phones had issues. Spent the next 12 days trying to resolve it with multiple trips to the store. Mid-June finally had a new phone ordered. By mid-July still no new phone. I called AT&T and come to find out there was NEVER a new phone ordered and it shows that the phone I have was returned. I was told I have to send this phone back but I no longer have my other one because it was traded in. So...I now have to go through Apple to get a replacement. I was jerked around and lied to by this store and if it wasn't dishonesty then it is a lack of knowledge when it comes to resolving customer issues. Also, my bill should have gone down, it went up by $100! They added insurance and early upgrade fees to my account and didn't truthfully disclose the insurance cost and never told me about the early upgrade fees per line. I have spent almost 2 months fighting to resolve these fees and get a new phone. DO NOT GO HERE! Go to a CORPORATE store...NOT an authorized reseller! I have been coming to this AT&T for years but the people who worked here have come and go. Last time was a very bad experience. Now it seems like they choose the people who they welcome and give smiles too. It seems like they don't care about their work, just come in, chill and get paid. Waqas doesn't work here anymore. He value customer service and makes you feel very important not only as a customer but as a person. The only remaining bright spot is Alex, but that is not enough reason to make me go back to this place. read more

This place is sh**. They don't even deserve a star. The man who calls himself the manager knows nothing about customer service. He's disrespectful, rude, and a liar. Apparently this store isn't even legit. When I called customer service, they had no idea who these people were and that this store existed. I was told by AT&T's customer service that they made fraudulent changes to my account! I went through so much trouble because of this, but what frustrated me the most was their customer service OR lack thereof. The people who work here are disgusting. They laughed in my face when I was trying to understand what was going on and when trying to get them to fix my problem. Very unprofessional. I don't know how the manager (whose name happens to be DULLES which is funny because this store is located at DULLES Town Center and makes you think, hm, what a coincidence.... or is it his SCAM name?) got the position; probably through fraud.
