I had the biggest headache trying to get my phone upgraded over the weekend. And even though it…read moredidn't get done over the weekend like I had planned, the folks at this store in particular are S-Tier. We were having issues with my account due to an open insurance claim (which was were unaware of at first). But these guys went above and beyond trying to help me out. I went into the store 2 days in a row trying to get this upgrade done. The phone I was looking at was the last one they had in stock. They held it for me. Even offered to hold it an additional week as I want going to be able to get back to this store until next weekend. They made calls to customer service on my behalf and even opened up a story ticket to try and get the issue on my account resolved faster. If I had the ability to, is take these guys out to dinner to thank them all for their help and patience. This store is A 10 out of 10. If you need anything T-Mobile, this is the store you want to use. Ultimately I wound up going to another store this week to finish the upgrade. But all the employees at this store deserve an award for absolutely outstanding customer care.

After some online research (none of the tips fixed it) and consulting my Local At&T store, my screen needed to be replaced unfortunately. This spot was a Yelp find. A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. Very quick and convenient place to get fixes, but I can't say that it was good quality. I went for…read morea camera lenses repair because I was told by my phone service if I got it fixed, I could get full price trade in value. The repair was $96 and took them 9 minutes to do. When you have the camera it looks as clear as I can remember, thankfully, but on the lenses itself, you can see dust particles and the broken glass from the original lenses underneath. I would have thought the old glass would be cleared completely before putting on a new one but I guess they don't do that. I could have bought a $10/15 lenses repair kit myself off Amazon and done better in my opinion. I just over paid for convenience and hope I can't get my full trade in value for this.. or I just wasted my time/money.
