    Hi everyone, If I could give them negative stars I would!…read more I bought my TV from Best Buy at the end of December. I picked it up in Jan of 2023 and my son's Xbox didn't work. I called Best Buy they said I was out of the 15 day window and had to go through LG warranty. So I did... LG placed me with Windsor Electronics and I was assigned to work with Jackie. When Jackie called me I told her the same information I gave Best Buy and LG. I explained my TV wasn't even 2 months old and I wanted a new TV vs. them fixing it. She told me she would leave my case open but I needed to call LG and speak with a Executive manager at LG because the employees were from the Philippines and wouldn't be able to approve that request. So I called LG back, recieved a call from Senior Management. The lady at LG told me I had to have the repair thats LGs policy. Then LG proceeded to tell me I had an appointment scheduled with Windsor. I explained I did not have anything scheduled because I wanted a new TV and Jackie said I had to discuss it with LG and I would have to call her back to let her know what the outcome was. LG Management called Windsor and Windsor told LG, I requested to cancel their assistance. I explained again I did not. We left it as I would still need to set my appointment up with Windsor. I call Jackie back to schedule my appointment. No answer, no call back. LG calls me and says do I want to cancel my appointment with Windsor. After all the back and forth I'm irritated now, I tell the lady No, LG Management stated I had to keep my appointment because they wouldn't replace my TV until it was determined they couldn't fix it, or 3 repairs. A few minutes after I get off the phone I get and email saying my appointment with Windsor is canceled. Still no call and no answer from Windsor. I call LG back speak to team leader for them to tell me Windsor emailed them and I quote, " The customer was dishonest with us" so we don't want to accept the repair. Now I have called Windsor several times and left a message and still have not received a call back. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with Windsor. I had no reason to lie to them and did no such thing! For them to email LG and state that about me is unacceptable!

    Mike is a wonderful guy. It was a joy to meet him and have him in our home to repair our LG 65"…read moreOLED TV. He called early in the morning to let us know his arrival time and got to us earlier than expected. He worked quickly and gave us tips on how to keep our TV working optimally for years to come. He told us great stories about his time in the Navy and kept our kids entertained. We made him fresh coffee before he left. It's really rare to find someone with his level of passion for electronics these days. Also, despite having some difficulty breathing, Mike kept his mask on the entire time. Ultimately we felt very comfortable with Mike and we are happy to know that we now have a service contact for any other TV repairs we may need.

    Plenty of retro and modern games if that's what you're looking for but the people running the store…read moreand the employees are dishonest and will undersell you on your trade ins. Went in 5/27/25 to trade in some collectible figures for a PS2 I was looking at, after ab 30 minutes of waiting for an appraisal the staff comes back and says my figure is worth 192 on a trade for IN STORE CREDIT (w/ 20% added for trade in Tuesday's) not knowing the true value of what I had at the time, I accepted the trade and ended up buying a PS2, memory card, warranty, and 2 PS2 games as well which ended up costing me ~300 in total; despite having a figure worth 4-500 I was given a fraction of what it was actually worth and ended up OWING them money. They then claimed that I need to remember that "they are a small business so ‍" What VGH failed to realize is that I had NO issue trading the item in to them since WITH the money I got from the trade I was going to immediately spend it back at the store meaning they would only stand to have made money on our transaction. The issue I have is VGH pulling an underhanded move like this then turning around allowing me to then spend more of my money in store (when my trade-in value was never met in the first place). TLDR: VGH lost a potential returning customer who would have given significantly more money to this company in time than what they got by cheating me out a SINGLE collectible figure. EDIT: I was also given a 3rd party PS2 controller when I bought my PS2 which is a laughable business practice.

We received a humiliating lecture in not reading the receipt which has 8 different store credit policy that makes no sense considering this store appears to be a small vendor that relies on thr community to keep the doors open. But the icing in the cake was the store manager I believe, he didn't announce his role, slipped out of his mouth that most niggers can't read as the cashier was preparing the cash back return for the item after saying he will allow it this one time. I guess he decided to break his own policy that is written on his receipt of no cash back returns - only store credit by how huge my eyes got when I heard the horrible word come out of his mouth. I will never return and I feel sorry for the African American male store cashier that works there for his calm and kind demeanor is what made me purchase in the first place. I will also be reporting this place to the BBB as well, maybe I don't know how to read how to make sure racists store receives reviews that hurt them just like they hurt their customers.
