When I first got Metro, it was great. I've been in this store recently a few times. It ALWAYS…read moresmells like weed. They are ALWAYS in the back and only come out after you've been standing a while. Well, I added a line for my son. I couldn't get the sim.card in the phone. I had placed the order online. So they put a different sim card in the phone at the store. I could not see that. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with customer service. I filed a complaint and the supervisor was NOT happy and I have to buy a new sim. But, I got a $30 credit. This store is pathetic and they need to drug test the employees. I called the store and it was the assistant manager that did it. It was the same manager on the phone. She could barely speak correctly. This is a shame. The phones are great, network is great. But the local store would be better off if flying monkeys ran it. Just saying...
