    They keep calling our business to sell us phone service. I spoke with one person who put me through…read moreto her supervisor who told me to do some research and check out their BBB page. I did. Their rating is high, but ALL of their reviews are negative. So I determined they won't be getting my business. Someone else called and I told him exactly this, he then demanded that I read him the negative reviews. He was belligerent with me and I asked to be taken off their list. This morning they called again, as soon as she said "Birch" I (politely) said "let me stop you, based on reviews I've decided to not go with your company. I have asked to be taken off your list, please don't call me again" to which she responded "OK, I'll call you tomorrow!" in an angry way (tomorrow I will just mute her call and let her talk as long as she'd like). I called Birch directly after this experience, I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady I spoke with, Pat, from the Macon office was SO NICE and sounded genuinely irritated that I had been treated so poorly. She told me they use outside telemarketers and would put in a report. Pat, thank you for being a human and a kind lady.

We called several times to be told that everything was in working order and there was nothing they could do. We just went without a website..... We found out when we were severing our ties with Birch that they had lost the company (their vendor) that did their web hosting. I had spoken with that company and they were the ones that told me the reason that we had no capability to use what we had been charged for for 2+ years. THE WORST. I am saving approximately $400.00 a month after finally getting out of our contract. We are a small company. Some of the staff was good, a LOT of them are rude. It's the people behind the scenes (level 2) that were nice, and helpful. After giving the proper notice (90 days) prior to our termination day, they billed us for another month of service and even were so nice as to turn us into collections FOR SERVICES WE NEVER RECEIVED. The explanation was that there is work on their end that has to be done, even if they are not providing service. When I wrote a letter to contest the billing, it was past their policy of '30 days to dispute'. THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY 62 YEARS THAT WASN'T AN ALL OUT SCAM.

    I used At&T for our business phones in 2005 then we changed to Time Warner. When they went to…read morecharter and raised my price we moved our business line to IP nextiva. From the start we had issues with quality. Our internet runs at 120 so it was not our internet. They would not set anything up for us. We always had to call in. Our lines for sale department would never call all phones at once, just would rotate from one phone to the other. We made a change to a local company, Strategic Business Systems. What a difference in quality. They did't try To sell me phones like other companies. They set up A test on the line for a week searching for problems. If you do not have problems they set you up with your own phones. John Russell came and completely set up our system including the situation. He then gave me the information to change it. I also have his number so any problems on how to do something, I just txt. My sales department rings all phones. Yeah! I need to brag on John, while he was here, he Straighten out the settings on our security cameras in ten minutes. I spent four days trying to fix them. I tried to pay him, but he would not take it. This is a fantastic local company that I completely recommend and trust.
