I have called 5 times (manager is always "away"), I have emailed twice, tried to contact them several times via their website, Instagram, and facebook. Another week went by still nothing and when I called again, they admitted they ordered the wrong part a second time. Finally, after weeks of silence, they said the right part came in. I dropped off my phone again, and while the power button was fixed, my speakers were suddenly blown when I picked it up. They admitted it "could've been" their fault and promised to order a replacement speaker. It's now been over a month with no update, no call, no message nothing. At this point, I had to buy a new phone. I could've saved the time, stress, and $104.70 if I had just watched a YouTube tutorial and fixed it myself. This experience was a complete waste of time and money. The lack of communication and accountability was disappointing. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for professional or timely service.

My camera was just about dust, the volume only worked on speaker phone, I could no longer update apps. It was time. It should be noted that I have actually gone in to get a new phone at different locations and walked out due to aggressive sales tactics and just not feeling heard. Maybe I'm stubborn, or old school but when it comes to phones, I just need it to work and take decent photos. Greg was calm, professional and understood what I wanted. He still went over all of my options and upgrade deals but did not push back when I didn't show interest in certain packages. I gave him my game plan and let him know I'm not interested in all the bells and whistles. He was very accommodating. I was in and out in less than an hour and got a much needed upgrade without any stress. I will only go to this location moving forward! Thank you!

From the moment we walked in, the employee who assisted us was rude and dismissive. It felt as though she was having a bad day and taking it out on her customers. Whenever we asked for clarification on things we didn't understand, her answers were vague and unhelpful. The interaction made the entire room feel tense. To top it off, she was extremely impatient; while I was trying to read the documents I was required to sign, she actually clicked away before I could finish. To make matters worse, we still haven't even received a receipt for the purchase. Buying a new phone is a big commitment, and I expected much more professional and transparent service.

However, Montez was super sympathetic and tried really hard to try to diagnose the issue. He seemed to think it was the battery but he did not have the Sumsung S7 battery in stock that day but he did tell me I might also have an issue with my port because there was some corrosion. I was leaving the next day and took it to a local repair back home who confirm everything Montez said and Montez did NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! Honest, ethical and super sweet vendor. Not willing to rip you off, he just felt bad he could not give me back a functional phone. Thank you having the skills and integrity to give me an honest answer even if you could not fix it. His shop is also full a super cool accessories and many other customer seemed happy with their screen repair (lots of lava rock injuries) and I would definately go back if I ever have a cracked screen. Lots of gift shopping while waiting for phone so a win win.

I witnessed tech agent Bryce, assisting an elderly lady with her laptop. She was describing an…read moreissue with losing words on her computer and assumed it was broken. After patiently listening to her situation, he graciously steered her away from spending her money and gently implied that the computer wasn't showing signs of damage, and if she positioned her hands differently on the sensitive tracking pad, it might stop erasing her entries. She was feeling a little embarrassed because she would have to tell her ride that the trip was unnecessary, but Bryce said "just tell them the computer tech wasn't smart enough to fix it" and keep the rest to herself. That was just the sweetest way to handle an elderly client. He was patient and kind and I just wanted everyone to know how amazing Bryce was. And he acknowledged me when I entered even as he was helping the lady ahead of me. Then when it was my turn, he handled my issue with ease. Great job, great worker.

Soon after getting his computer back he had all of his bank accounts and his Apple ID compromised. Hackers tried to lock and ransom his MacBook and they tried to open loans in his name. I would say that it is EXTREMELY hard to believe that this store is not connected to the hacking that happened to my father. I would advise people stay away.
