From what I learned this is a corporate run store and they do not care about their customers. I walked in and was greeted by 8 employees and 3 of them were just walking around. It look 10 mins for them to get us on a list where they said it would take another 20 mins to be met with. The guy who met with us clearly didn't want to be there and was very short with us. We left this store and went to a private owned Verizon store and the service was 100% better. Was immediately greeted and asked if I needed water or to use their bathroom while I wait. The worker there tried to get me the best deal possible while the guy at this store tried getting me to pay full price. Very funny to run a store like this when you can drive 2 mins down the road to a way better Verizon in west Seneca. read more

Customer service at the Verizon store at 701 Orchard Park Road in West Seneca does not exist. There were 4 employees at the store and not one of them could find what was ordered for me and confirmed to be there. They sent me on a "wild goose chase " to their corporate office. When I went back to West Seneca to tell them, they completely ignored me. In particular Brandon, who was the one who sent me there. I recently went here to purchase a new iphone i was serviced by a kind gentleman named Joe. I went again today to get my old phone turned on for my husband where the girl that took us was so rude. Got my phone upgraded recently so I went here since it is so close to me and I'm so glad I did. I was greeted promptly and unlike the Verizon store, I didn't have to sign in and wait a half hour, Andrew sat down with me right away and was amazing. He got out about 4 different phones, although I knew what I wanted before I walked in, let me play with them, live, and told me literally EVERYTHING i needed to know about EVERY detail of every phone, It was information overload but in a good way. I didn't buy at that time because I wanted to see if the Verizon store was any better, well, was I wrong. I took some of the info that I learned from Andrew that afternoon and asked some questions at the Verizon store and within 5 minutes I had two employees looking stuff on their tablets unable to answer my questions. Needless to say I ran back to this place the next day and got my new phone. You sit down, one on one, its very relaxed, no one is pushy or hurries you in any way. They will even put different cases on the phones so you can get the feel of how that will be after you buy. They also have a 14 day, return policy so if you don't like the phone and as it turned out, I didn't like the phone I got. When I took it back, they were out of what I wanted to exchange it for but found some at the McKinley mall store. I went over there and (I think his name was Bradley) effortlessly and without any restocking fee or any hassles, got me up and running on my new phone. read more

Went in on Black Friday to get a new phone . Was assisted quickly when I entered the store and John was helpful with assisting me to transfer my stuff off my old phone and back up my iPhone because I didn't have access to a computer . Helped me find a case that I liked and even put on a screen protector for me with ease ! Everyone at the location was welcoming and made sure I was taken care of . Terrible customer services. Wound up getting new iPhones just because it was needed. If we had more time probably would have went elsewhere. Totally messed up account information from each phone when syncing to our new phones. Went back the next to get the issue resolved. Stay away, staffed by a bunch of teenagers who know nothing. We recently upgraded our phones after one of their employees assured us out bill would only go up $20 a month only to find out much too late that this was not even close to the truth. In addition one of the other employees advised us not to return our old phones even though the contract said to because as he said "it doesn't matter, they don't care". We foolishly followed the advice of our expert salesman and earned ourselves a $700 late fee for not not returning our old phones on time. That's not a typo either, seven HUNDRED dollar late fee for returning (I did end up sending them back) our junky little " cheapest we can get" slider phones that you know went straight in the trash. Because we were set up for auto pay they already had our credit card information and basically stole $700 from my account. Who ever heard of a $700 late fee????? $700 is not a late fee its nothing short of stealing. The most dishonest conniving company I've ever dealt with. This is just one of the issues we've had with this company. Take your money elsewhere and never ever give them your credit card number. All they're after is your signature on that contract and then the games begin, bunch of thieves and liars. I wish there was an option to give a zero star review. read more

Stay away,I went into the store to get a new phone and upgrade my plan. I was told that I was going from a 250 mega bite to 1gig plan and I would save money on my bill.That sounded good.The day after having the phone I received a text from verizon saying that I was about to go over my 250 mega bite usage so I called Anthony he said not worry I was all set with my new contract wit 1gig. No worries, I thought. I had also asked Anthony about a $100 offer I had received towards a new phone and was told he could not take it off the phone but he would give me credit elsewhere. Well the bill comes and it's $60 more than normal so I called Verizon customer service and find out that the only thing Anthony did was sell me a new phone at full price! He did not give me $100 towards anything AND he did not change the service plan to increase my data. The customer service rep gave me $60 off my current bill and an additional $100 off the next bill. You're better off calling verizon directly than to get ripped off at one of these verizon wireless authorized retailers. read more
