Stood there for over 35 minutes while the two clerks talk with a buddy about everything going on in their lives -- not transacting business... just shooting the breeze. No acknowledgment that I'm standing there. No question about how they can help me. They actually turned their backs to me to continue their gab fest as I quietly waited. No one else was in the store but the three of them and I. Going on 40 minutes of standing around, I was no closer to being helped than I was outside the store: I walked out, and not a word was said to inquire what I wanted or why I was there as I was leaving. Dishonest practices, very unprofessional. Insist on getting your receipt before leaving and check it for unwarranted charges. Visited store and purchased S21+ Nov 30. During transaction, rep Kelsey C claimed a change of plan would save us money and reassured that my 9 lines would not be negatively affected. Would later discover we are paying MORE and had lost all our hotspots as well as being charged on a ton of extra junk. While she was gathering and applying case, screen protector, warranty, cables, chargers. I mentioned that I have so much of that stuff already and asked if it was included to which she said that it was part of their promotion. I accepted this answer but also asked for the receipt for the $300+ payment, which she said would be emailed and continued with migrating my data and applying the liquid screen protector which would prevent scratches. Rep Kelsey and Manager Justin went on to discuss the "crazy old" customer they had been helping and even complained about someone who was coming in to complain. Few days later... After 3 phone calls, was finally able to get receipt via Quentin Bias. As expected the receipt had charged me for everything except a screen cleaning kit. Unhappy, I returned to the store the next day to find Kelsey C working. There were already 2 other customers in the store so when she was free I mentioned that I had an issue with the charges I wanted to discuss when she was fee. She said when she was done with the customers she would help. Another rep entered the store, apparently called in to assist. He helped the 2nd customer out as another 2 customers entered over the next hour. After finish with the original customers, each rep chose to move onto the other customers over me by asking small questions and were about to send one customer to a different store and informing the other that they would be right with them to solve a technical issue. I waited patiently for 1.5 hours, not saying anything additional until they went back to the woman with the technical issue to now figure out the issue. Upset, I said "I think we should really solve my issue first". Kelsey agreed and led me to the front counter where I went over the details. As I explained my frustration, Kelsey said that the items I thought were included were promotional and pointed out the $30 I had saved by spending $300+. I remarked that I had told her during the transaction that I had plenty of cables and charges and no use for that specific case or liquid screen protector. She said I could return them if I had the box to which I pointed out that SHE had been the one to open and apply everything and that I had seen no reason to keep empty boxes. I mentioned the phone plan issue as well and was instructed to call in myself and try to change it but that she again had "saved" me money by getting a more expensive plan and getting a discount on it for 3 months. Keep in mind it was STILL more expensive than my previous, more comprehensive plan even with her discount. She claimed there was nothing else she could do, I mentioned that having worked retail Im positive there was always plenty that could be done to which she claimed only Justin had that ability and that I would have to come in when he was in. I left upset and frustrated to say the least. I was able to revert my plan back, but not able to meet with Justin thus far. read more

I started to write them a bad review, while I impatiently waited. I am a bit disgruntled with Verizon and seriously considering changing service. Unfortunately, my husband is a serious Verizon fan. UPDATE: Made it into the store when my screen protector was in stock and the manager was there too. The manager was very apologetic regarding my previous experiences and made sure I got my screen protector on as well as providing me with an extra so that next time I don't have to wait! He set a wonderful example for the younger workers on how to treat customers. This store gets busy, so it's tough to make everyone happy all the time, but they just made this unhappy customer a much happier one. Thanks for making things right by me GoWireless of Wickenburg! I put a review online. Had a reply from GoWireless to contact them as they don't like bad reviews. I did, and have heard nothing. Must have been a formal check list item for bad reviews. Will repeat. This particular store takes advantage of seniors and offers poor customer service, poor advice and poor products. Do yourself a favor and call Verizon directly: they will ship your products to you overnight and you won't have to put up with horrible customer service: returned a phone within the 2 week trial period and was told no and if I left the phone with the manager he was just going to throw it in the trash. Absolutely terrible customer service. Walked in and. no one greeted me. One couple was ahead of me. After sitting there for 25 minutes the couple told me there was a sign in sheet. I walked up to sign in sheet and then asked the teller who was having a mondane conversation with her client and not actually doing anything productive (what happened to multitasking) i asked the girl how long she thought it would he. She gave me an annoyed look and said she has no clue, then turned her back to me and clearly gave an obnoxious look/ eye roll to her customer . I asked ,do you think it will be like another 30 or 40 Minutes and she answered in an annoyed tone. Probably 30 and turned away from me again? What the heck! An hour to just be greeted with inly 3 customers in the store! This place has gone down hill since Don left. I had to walk out and never got ONE greeting. Terrible. I know with all that is going on with the COVID-19 there are so many policies in place and it's easy for us to lose patience and get upset about the wait time. I stood outside the store for over an hour but I watched how these 2 reps rushed around trying to help everyone with their issues. Dianette and Sean were very professional and maintained a smile while getting these issues resolved. Wickenburg is so fortunate to have our own Verizon store in Heritage Square. Don, the manager is always helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Having waiting an hour and a half down in Surprise just to have someone inexperienced try to assist is very frustrating. Another great reason to shop local. read more

I have used the Go Wireless in Wickenburg since it opened alot!! I cannot say how much they have had to help me.. Don and his staff do an outstanding job and go way beyond to make sure they give the help that you need. Great Customer service, knowledge, understanding, helpful and on and on!! I am not up to date with all the new equipment and require a lot of special attention they never seem to get tired of me and my asking for help and don't make me feel ignorant to the fact that I am not up to speed with all the new technology.. Just left the Wickenburg Verizon store and have to RAVE about the service I received. They fixed my phone issues quickly and with a great happy attitude. The store was also a very pleasurable experience--my recent visits to the Bell Rd/Surprise and Peoria Ave/Phoenix stores were such bad experiences with loud screaming music, rude associates and very long waits that I would not return to either of those locations. Wickenburg Verizon treats you like they appreciate your business. This store is so worth the drive!! read more
