Located in Chino Valley, PS&E has been providing satellite services since 1984. And yes, we actually still will work on the old "Big Dish" although it's use is severely limited. After being transferred 4 times, we finally got a rep who said they could help us. When we explained our situation, he said "no problem" but proceeded to offer us numerous discounts to convince us to keep our service. This we didn't blame him for because he was just doing his job. However, after we politely declined his offers each time and even complimented him on being a good sales rep of Dish, abruptly the phone went dead. At first we just thought the call dropped. Come to find the rep hung up on us and immediately cancelled our service. So after 45 minutes on the phone with their inept customer service, being polite and patient with them and being excellent customers for 20 years, this is how they treated us. We have Spectrum now, and customer service is night and day compared to Dish.
