Very unreliable internet service especially when there is a monsoon or snow storm, which we were not told. They charge very high install fee and you don't get to keep equipment, which we were told the dish would be ours to keep. Upon calling to cancel service we were told that the dish is theirs and there is no refund for returning it. Their customer service is very hard to get a hold of and closed night and weekends if you have a problem. Would highly not recommend them. read more

Mile High Networks came out recently to do an upgrade on my home, actually twice in the past six months. They were the proactive ones, not me. Mo calls to tell me they're coming, Ricardo comes out as promised, when promised, and gets the job done. I'm out in Legend Hills and we do get taken down a few times during the monsoon season, I mean how can their towers predict lightning? Mile High takes care of the problem as quickly as they can and always keeps its customers informed. I have no complaint about connectivity, speed, customer service, I like Mile High! read more

Pay attention to all the negative reviews that date back to 2017. They are all accurate. You don't get anything near what you pay for, they don't answer the phone not even during business hours, the rare chance you get an appointment for a 'tech' to come out they don't show, blame you, then blame your equipment for all your problems. Just try calling them and get a human on the phone the first try. No human answers, RUN AWAY! Paying $160 monthly for 10 up/100 down, I'm getting .7 - 1.5 up and 60 down on a good morning mostly in the evenings it is 12-18 down.. read more

Fastest but most unreliable internet in Paulden. Always goes down at least twice a day for a random amount of time or even never comes back for days. Milehigh always says it's our issue and not theirs. They will always say "unplug the modem for 3 minutes and plug it back in" and most of the time it works, but only if you call them first. If you don't call them first and just unplug it the internet will still be down. It's starting to seem like it's not our issue and that they are only gaslighting their custimers. read more

We have had them for about 2 years now. I was have expected service to have improved or loss of service to decrease. It never runs at the advertised speeds, it is constantly down and not working. It is cheaper than the competition but my family is finding out that is isn't worth the savings. Trying to call customer service is a joke. The installation technicians were always nice and professional. They are about the only redeeming quality when it comes to this company. read more

I held off getting internet for 2 years in Dewey because my neighbors would not endorse any providers. After Mile High came to town I spent $350 for internet from them. Their "Professional Installer" didn't even bring his own tools. In the 6 weeks since it was connected, it is out more than it is on. 4 outages of multiple hours in the last 48 hours. You have to reset at least twice a day and end up with worse connections than Gilligan's Island got with their bamboo radio! Contacting customer support is a joke, they just don't seem to care. I will be looking for an alternative. read more

We moved into our new house 10 months ago on 10-2-20. We are connected to their transmitter at Cloud Nine. Our service has been out too often over these last ten months, and nobody ever answers when you call to report your outage. Apparently they have no snow removal contract to their Cloud Nine transmitter so the big snowstorm we had, nobody was able to get to their transmitter to reset it so we were out of service for 3 days. No credit for those days applied to our bill. It's been out most of day today 8-12-21. I called twice, both times put on hold until a recording asks you to leave a message. I also selected their text messaging option to report a problem. No one responds to calls or texts. Today is the last straw. Too many long outages. I'm calling B0lt now and give them a try. read more

Recently moved to Williamson Valley and signed up for the 10 Mbps plan. Install was fast and easy, and the speed has equaled or exceeded 10 Mbps every time I checked it over the first month. Has been fine for streaming Netflix. read more

decided to try mile high because they are new and local. we are switching. every month our bill has been screwed up. i call email and their excuse is the just started a new billing system. thats fine but i had two months free due to mentioning their facebook ad. julys bill came and it was free just 30 for router rental. i now got a bill for october and september for 115 each month so another 200+ dollars and no free second month. they also kept charging my card on the wrong date. well it declined because we hadnt got paid yet. called and emailed they said it would be fixed but again they tried to charge it. they kept saying i requested the two free months taken off the original setup. which i never requested. their not admitting any fault to their billing issues at all. the internet is good but their customer service sucks. we will be going elsewhere read more

We have used Mile High Networks for years. We are in an area where there are few providers. Tried the usual companies and when things slowed down, we were advised to stop streaming and disconnect devices. Mile High continues to improve services and offerings. We live in Prescott Valley and wouldn't consider any other provider. read more

I can't wait until we get service where I live that works, I am paying for 7 MBPS I get 2 if I am lucky , I have called and called to try and get some answers these people will never call you back, if you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone the lady is nice but she just says she will hand it off to the Engineers and that is the end ,no one ever gets back to you or try's to fix the issue. Terrible Service, Terrible Policies! Took 2 weeks to finally get a decent signal. Tech guy came out a couple times. Any cloudy day or at night - signal drops. Also, they rotate IPs - BEWARE! We got our services terminated for uploading videos - but we NEVER did! They cut our services with no warning, took payment from me on the month they cut me, and refused to discuss. No warning calls, no investigation.... we were cut because someone else who had our IP before us did these things! They don't know how to check and just drop you with no courtesy call. I'm telling everyone to STAY AWAY! read more

S L O W ... we've suffered with these guys for about a year. Moved from "the other guys" because we thought THEY were slow. Our service with Mile High was awesome for about 3 months then the buffering began and now we can't consistantly stream on our Roku especially during primetime and weekends because there just isn't any bandwidth. I have only contacted this company twice for technical assistance and this last time was when we went hours w/o anything. They were unhelpful the first time but this last time I was told (emailed) that I wasted their time and that they were notating my account ... was that a threat? ... NOTATING MY ACCOUNT because I let them know I had no service. Well here I sit after streaming my beloved KTVU from SF which was perfect from 8am up to 10am and then BLAM dead in the water. Maybe Mile High has over sold their ability to provide. All I know is I have an appointment to have "the other guys" reinstalled. If you love to wait and wait and wait for your downloads or movies then Mile High Networks are the guys to hook up with. Oh, did I mention that bad weather and snow stops things right quick and I have line of sight directly from the wireless receiver on my house pointing out near the PV fair grounds.....it don't matter cuz' there ain't no bandwidth. Had another internet service in Williamson Valley...download speed okay, but upload speed was horrible...couldn't Skype whatsoever. Switched to Mile High and service has been amazing!! Speeds are great and the technician did an incredible and professional job installing the equipment and hiding the wiring the best he could. I would highly recommend this company! read more

Had other service, hated it, heard this was reliable, it was for a month, now it's the worst of all three providers. Can't and won't recommend them, no customer service after hours, maybe they get back to you 1 time out of 10 and then it's to tell you they hope to have it working soon. Asked for a paper billing and the "owner" ( too cowardly to even give his name) writes back we don't do paper billing and if you don't like it I can cancel your service! signed The Owner !! I then found out he came on my property and cut my cable without permission to even come on my property. I have let everyone I come into contact with know about their attitude. read more
